- Pickup time will be received one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pickup time, please check your mail including SPAM folder. - If we do not have pick-up availability from your accommodation you will be assigned the closest meeting point to your hotel. - Meeting points for travellers on airbnb, hotels outside our pick-up area or any other location we cannot reach: - Meeting point in Cancun: outside the One Cancun Centro Hotel on Tulum Avenue - Meeting point in Playa del Carmen : Outside Coco Bongo in Playa del Carmen - Meeting point in Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras : There is no pick up from any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point is in Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen. - Pickup time is set according to your location and tour availability. Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as a pick-up location at least 24 hours in advance will be automatically assigned the meeting point at the One Cancun Center. - For the Playa del Carmen area reservations are subject to availability. - Depending on availability and area of your hotel hours may change. - We do not offer pickup service at any airbnb or private addresses.

Once inside the park, the activities are carried out in approximately 4 hours, which may vary depending on the weather and other factors, in addition to the transfer time to and from your hotel

Our tour guide Danny was SPECTACULAR!! She was well versatile, extremely knowledgeable, and humorous! If you ever get the chance to come to Tulum and highly recommend this and LOOK FOR DANNY!!! She made our trip 1000% better!!!

We read the reviews and still felt like we would have a good time. But the reviews were right. The ATVs were a little Janky. It was almost as if the power steering was out in ours. A couple people in our group crashed because of this. The zip lining there is only seven of them and it’s just in their little area of land that they own. However, if you are a bigger person or can’t climb/fit into small places, this isn’t for you. The ladders to get to some of the zip lining places were very in my opinion unstable and small. It says you will go to a cenote however, this was not. It was just a hole in the ground with water. The best part about it was the quesadillas at the end & the horseback riding was cool too. So yes, the reviews were right. Each activity was about 30 minutes. Also, you are not allowed to have your phones and take pictures for any activity other than the cenote. However for $89 it was still a good deal, but I would not book again.

Bring sunglasses and cash! Water shoes are also a plus. Friendly staff , but make sure you advocate for all activities you signed up for!

The crew was very experienced and friendly; however they beed to work on the "cattle" mentality. At times it comes off as a bit rude.

Do Not Book - Waste Of Money

Horrible do not book! Equipment is old, raggedy, and falling apart. I am not sure how it is still considered safe. They want to upsell you on everything, food provided is nasty with a bunch of flies everywhere. The tequilla tasting is not a real tasting, it’s to get you to purchase a bottle. The waits in between are ridiculous! Very unorganized, I’d give it a 2/10! The horses were beautiful, but the course was hideous!

Great experience. Guides were all great! Quick drive from puerto Morelos. Atv, horseback riding, zip lining, cenote and of course the flavored tequila tasting with tacos was a great way to end the excursion!

It’s very far from best ATV . ATV it’s so old like first generation. Most of ATV missing side panels under the seat so you can burn the legs. Horse was OKAY. Zip lines for beginners. Average time 5 hours from time of pick up and drop off, 3 out off 5 hours we spent in the car. We stay in Hilton Cancun
