Very difficult to communicate with Viator…passed off to various contacts….was over charged, no lunch offered when other travelers had lunch included in their price. Puck up was a problem after initial signup to ask for pickup. Guide was good, but not a Viator direct employee….it was s mess!

Why did you leave us a bad review? We are not Viator. We are a tour company. We have provided you with a tour which was good, as per your notes: "Guide was good". You are dishonest. It is unfair to leave us a "one star" review when the tour was good.

Disappointed, not clear tour didn’t cover grand prismatic overlook

At no fault to the tour guide I just expected that I would see the grand prismatic spring with a good view since it was mentioned. There is a difference between the lookout (the good view) and where the tour goes to the lower view which was not exciting or much of a view to us. I did let the guide know that it was really the only thing I booked to see. He was gracious enough to drop us back off at our hotel at my request by hour three into the tour so that I could drive back in myself to see the site from the overlook on my own and in addition I was able to also get very up close pictures with the bison. Just make sure you understand what sites you will see clearly when you book and not make an assumption as I did that grand prismatic referred to the good view which I now know it called the overlook.

This person is thoroughly dishonest. Our tour description states we walk the boardwalk system: "Grand Prismatic Spring is located in the Midway Geyser Basin, as is Excelsior Geyser Crater, and we'll walk the boardwalk system there." Nowhere does it state we go to an overlook of Grand Prismatic. We do show a good view of the Grand Prismatic from the boardwalk, but no mention is made of a hike to the Grand Prismatic overlook, which is a separate hike we sell on Viator.

Paul was an amazing, had lots of knowledge of the area, and interesting stories. Saw several bears, tons of bison, a few elk, and an osprey!! It was an awesome day!!
