Amazing first morning tour as introduction to Yellowstone. Guide made early contact and made sure we were able to catch early morning viewing of wildlife and scenery on a dreary day. Even saw a grizzly bear and guide was as excited as we were!

So the sights were still beautiful and it wasn’t a bad day….but for the cost of such a tour we had expected more. The inclusions stated breakfast but that was just cereal bars or pop tarts. Our tour guide was more like having a local friend show you around than a professional guide that we experienced on our other tours. Would choose a different ViP tour company for this kind of money

Best day ever with Jackson. He knew the park backwards and forwards. Knew how to save time but still see everything. Loved his knowledge of animals and plantation and park history. Perfect day!

This tour suited our family (7 adults and two children) perfectly. We appreciate the private tour because it was tailored to our interests. We saw all of the lower loop sites promised and a few surprises. Our guide, Brian, was knowledgeable, courteous and personable. He was conversationable without being chatty which was just what you want in a guide. And, he picked us up at our vacation rental which was a huge plus. The lunch provided was plentiful with sandwich selections for the varied tastes in our group. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, but Brian made a very good tour Great!

Casanova tours is a very good company . Our guide , Jackson , shared lots of park , geological and nature knowledge . He showed us wonderful water falls and geysers .He also went out of his way to show us a Grizzly bear and Elk . Couldn’t have asked for a better day .

We had a very enjoyable time with Jack as our guide. The goal for our vacation was to enjoy a piece of Yellowstone without having to worry about traveling logistics or plans within the park. Not only was that goal achieved, but we learned more than we could have imagined from Jack. He is incredibly knowledgable and passionate about his work, wildlife, environment, and history of Yellowstone. His laid back approach made it a very relaxing and non-stress trip, even with the one "Bison jam" we ran into. :) I would highly and strongly recommend this tour to any family looking to disconnect a bit and enjoy the beauty of Yellowstone with everything planned, including a delicious lunch and an abundance of snacks for the day! Our family had a tour with Jackson. He was amazing, very knowledgeable, and made our Yellowstone experience fantastic. We absolutely would have missed out on some awesome things if we hadn’t booked this tour. So glad I booked this for my family. Came with sandwiches that were pretty good, lots of snacks, and water. Jackson had a scope attached to his camera for viewing wildlife, and binoculars for everyone. Would definitely book this again if returning!!!

The falls were beautiful. We thought Jack our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the area. We had a group of small children and he was patient with them. We appreciated being picked up where we were staying in Island Park. Thank you for a memorable time for our family.

Jack was knowledgeable and kind. The oldest in our group was struggling and he slowed down for her to keep up. We picked his brain about all the plants and geology and he was great!
The best part? That’s hard! Old Faithful and all the hot springs were great, but they were even better by having Jack along to explain things and give us all the information along the way.

The tour guide was Great! Very knowledgeable and you could tell he loved him job. He was very accommodating to our needs and delivered a great picnic lunch. Yellow Stone is a.azing and breathless and mind boggling. I would go back in a heartbeat! The only complaint was we felt like maybe we didn't get to see as many sites as we were suppose to. We had told the guide we had already saw one of the planned sites the day before on our own, but he did replace it with another site. He drove right past two or three sites you would have liked to see but didn't stop. Other then that the day was marvelous!

We saw 2 grizzly bears and their cubs. Two of the cubs were only a month old. They were adorable. We went to see the animals and we were not disappointed. Jackson, our tour guide knew all the right spots to take us to and we saw plenty.

Excellent tour of Yellowstone National Park with Jack! He is a fountain of knowledge and kept us informed and engaged all day. The tour was well-planned and felt just right in terms of pace and tempo. The communication with the tour company was also excellent - we heard from the tour operator at a few intervals and with great clarity and enthusiasm. Don't waver about which tour to take at Yellowstone - Cassanova is a no brainer. You will not be disappointed. If you're lucky enough to get Jack as a tour guide, you will have a day you will never forget.

This was such a great tour. Our guide, Jack, is so knowledgeable. He told us all about the geologic features of the park, the animals and the history of the park. We not only learned a lot. We saw places we never would have without a guide. I want to add that he was prompt, pleasant, and made sure we knew how to be safe.

Really enjoyed our lower loop tour with Luke. Started with the Geyser basin and finished at the Canyon falls. Luke’s knowledge of Yellowstone made the trip super interesting. Really enjoyed the Lake Lodge insider basement tour.
