Disappointing

The guide was helpful but his English was incomprehensible. In fact, I will be claiming a refund from Viator for failure to deliver what I was promised - an English speaking guide. Viator initially stated that this guide received many positive reviews for his English, but I don't believe that response. Neither my wife nor me understood 10% of what he said.

Fue un día muy completo, nuestro guía Yoshi nos hizo una agenda con lo más representativo de Kamakura, visitando un hermoso jardín, un par de templos, un mirador y la calle de tiendas, comimos un sushi espectacular en un restaurante típico japonés, el transporte siempre a tiempo para pasar en los puntos de encuentro y el guía nos infirmo de la historia y datos importantes de los lugares que visitamos. Kamakura quedo como uno de nuestros lugares favoritos en Japón
