Our tour was an absolute highlight of our trip. Irene was an exceptional guide—knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and passionate about sharing the history and culture of this beautiful city. She made every stop interesting and ensured we saw many of the city’s highlights.
The e-bikes made sightseeing so easy and enjoyable, allowing us to cover plenty of ground comfortably. A special mention also goes to the Japanese drivers, who were incredibly courteous and respectful, making cycling around the city feel safe and relaxed.
We highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience the best of the city in a fun and effortless way. Thank you, Irene, for such a memorable experience!

"An absolute highlight of our trip" — thank you so much, Kim! Irene's passion for Tokyo's history and culture really does turn every stop into a story, and we're thrilled the e-bikes let you cover so much ground comfortably. Your special mention of our drivers means a lot too — their courtesy on the road is a quiet but essential part of keeping every ride safe and relaxed, and they'll be so proud to read this. We'll share your words with the whole team today. Welcome back anytime!

We had an amazing 3-hour bike tour of Tokyo with Ken and it was one of the highlights of our trip! Ken was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience both fun and informative. We got to see parts of Tokyo we never would have discovered on our own while learning about the city’s history, culture, and everyday life.
Response from Host, Jul 2026
Thank you, Cynthia! Fun and informative in equal measure — that's the Ken formula, and we're thrilled it made your trip's highlight list. History, culture, and everyday life all in one ride, through corners of Tokyo you'd never find on your own — that's exactly the experience we hope every guest takes home. Safe travels!

A great way to see the city! Ken and Atsu were so lovely and made great guides. It was so interested to see thing like where the emperor lives!
Response from Host, Jul 2026
Thank you! Ken and Atsu do make a lovely team, and yes — riding past where the Emperor lives surprises everyone! We're glad the two of them made your Tokyo day special.

It was fabulous. Heiro was a wonderful guide and kept us well informed and safe. He was also very entertaining.
Response from Host, Jul 2026
Thank you, Kristi! Informed, safe, and entertaining — Hiro checks all three boxes on every ride, and he'll be delighted to read this. We're glad the e-bikes made it a fabulous day out!

We booking these tours far in advanced, you never know how the weather is really going to be. Apparently, I picked a day that was very hot, humid, but also with intermittent rain. However, I enjoyed it immensely. Our guide, hero, was young, energetic, and eager to show the sites around, Tokyo. We had a small group so it was easy to stay together and our E bikes were fantastic, especially on some of the uphill portions. This is absolutely a cool way to see Tokyo.
Response from Host, Jul 2026
Booking months ahead and landing on a day with heat, humidity and passing rain — and still coming away happy? That says a lot about Hiro. He brings real energy to every ride, and he'll be glad it carried the group through the weather. Thank you for rolling with it!

You get to see the whole city with some small walking breaks. Ken was an awesome guide and the pace was perfect for an active morning of sightseeing!
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thank you, this means a lot! Ken's great at pacing the ride with those little walking breaks so you see the whole city without it ever feeling rushed — perfect for an active morning. So glad it hit the mark. Hope to have you back with us again!

I had a great day riding the ebike around Tokyo. I had injured my food and almost canceled, but I am glad I didn't.
It was consistent, but never too difficult. Our guide was Irene and she was phenomenal. Everything was fun and interesting. The highlight for me was seeing Hachiko and his owner's grave.
I am 65 in just OK shape and I had a great time!
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Kevin, so glad you didn't cancel — and that the injured foot didn't get in the way of a great day! Irene really is phenomenal at keeping things fun and interesting while never too difficult. Hachiko and his owner's grave is a special one. Thanks for riding with us, and we hope to see you again!

Fantastic way to start our Tokyo trip, got to see a lot of the area. Bikes were great quality and easy to ride. Our guides Haru, Ken & Ray were really friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the sites. Would 100% recommend this tour.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thank you so much! What a great trio — Haru, Ken, and Ray — to kick off your Tokyo trip. So glad the bikes rode well and the guides were both friendly and full of knowledge about the sites. A 100% recommend means the world to us. Come ride with us again whenever you're back!

What an amazing bike tour! The weather was perfect. We could not have asked for a better end to our 2 week trip in Japan. Our tour guide Kn (pronounced Ken) was incredibly kind, friendly, very knowledgeable, and spoke great English. We were very glad to have him as our tour guide. He took us to many beautiful sites we had not visited. My son is a car enthusiast so he even took us by a Shake & Shack that tends to have higher end cars on display. Very thoughtful. The route was safe, we were a group of 5, well 6 including Kn. We chose the e-bikes, and I'm glad we did. It was our first time using e-bikes and it made the ride more enjoyable. It gave the extra power needed to not have to exert so much energy. I highly recommend this tour, not sure about summer time because I hear it gets really hot, but if the weather is good you will be pleased. Hopefully you can get Kn as your guide!
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thank you, Delfina! What a way to wrap up two weeks in Japan. Ken will be so glad to hear this, kind, friendly and great English is exactly what he brings to every ride. So happy the weather played along too. Hope to have you back on the bikes again sometime!

Amazing, fun, educational experience! Our guide, Haru, was extremely knowledgeable about Tokyo culture and Japanese history, and gave insightful points about every place we visited, including the Imperial Palace grounds, the Tokyo train station, Alasaka Palace, and Shinjuku. He was careful to watch over the entire group for safety. And at the end he recommended some really great restaurants, and his recommendations were spot on!
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thank you, David! Amazing, fun and educational is exactly the balance we aim for. Haru loves sharing Tokyo's culture and history at each stop, from the Imperial Palace grounds to Tokyo Station and beyond. So glad it landed well. Hope to ride with you again sometime!

The Tokyo: 3-Hour Bike/E-Bike Tour of the City's Highlights was such a fun and cool way to see the city. Atsushi was a wonderful guide. He was so friendly and shared so much interesting information about the city. He even took time to answer questions about the history and culture of Tokyo as well as help us find our train station at the end of our tour and helped us with questions we had about other sites in the city. This was a perfect way to learn about and see Tokyo while also getting some exercise. A very good way for my active 12 year old to learn about Tokyo!
Response from Host, Jun 2026
What a thoughtful review, Beth — thank you! Atsushi really does go the extra mile, right down to helping you find your train at the end. We love that it worked as both a history lesson and a bit of exercise for your 12-year-old. Come ride with us again next time you're in town!

Jin and Ace were great tour guides. I am so happy to have taken this e-bike tour to see some hidden treasures that a tourist would rarely see. The guides were very patient with my cycling capabilities and guidance with maneuvers through some fun streets. Thank you both !!
Ignacio_D, Mar 2026
Nice way to see Tokyo’s highlights. Irene our guide was very good, she was friendly and spoke excellent English, so it was easy to follow.
Samantha_M, Feb 2026
A great way to see a snap shot of Tokyo. A great experience.
Our guide Kohei was very knowledgeable.
Robert_M, Feb 2026
Generally very good. We got lucky and were the only guests in the group. We were asked if we could start earlier, which we could, but then a few hours later were asked to start even earlier which we could not do due to other plans. We felt this was a little pushy by the facilitator. The guide was local and very helpful, even recommending a restaurant nearby.
Marcus_E, Feb 2026
Brilliant experience cycling around Tokyo with a knowledgeable and safe guide. He took us to main sites around Tokyo and hidden back streets. Thanks Show the guide .
Donna_M, Feb 2026
Kai was awesome. Chatty helpful guy. He monitored us 65 yr olds constantly and slowed to the busy road footpath traffic. The ride through Shubya was an absolute high light of our trip.

Fun and interesting bike tour in Tokio, guide very helpful and kind..
I felt a bit stressed at moments with the traffic, but Rinto made us feel like real Tokioners.. 100% worthy!
Ryan_R, Nov 2025
So fun and educational. Rin new his stuff and is a great communicator (both English and Japanese). Great experience - you should be comfortable riding in crowds sometimes as you're bicycling through the heart of Tokyo!
Dezzy_U, Nov 2025
I really enjoyed this e-bike ride through Tokyo. The tour guide was fantastic! The group I biked with were pleasant and multi national! We stopped to rest in between for bathroom break. It was what I wanted it to be.
Lish_C, Oct 2025

Amy_C, Oct 2025
Excellent way to get around the city for a taste of Tokyo culture. I would highly recommend if you have a few hours to spend. Our tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable
Amanda_N, Oct 2025
My tour guide Shao was really friendly and made the tour a lot of fun. He spoke a bit about the history, as well as popular culture too. He also managed the group well, keeping us together and checking on us. It’s a great tour to do to get an idea of some of the main sites in Tokyo and the geography of the city too.
You can do this tour on an e-bike or regular bike. I used a regular bike, which was in good condition and nice to ride. The tour is mainly flat, with a hilly section near the Olympic stadium. The end part, riding through the busier shopping streets, was also undulating. If you don’t cycle at home often then do book the e-bike.
Karen_E, Sep 2025
The Ebikes are a great, stress-free, "hands on" way to access many Tokyo highlights immersively and quickly. Guides rode front and back of our small group for safety. Guides were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable.
The company is professional and accommodating. In fact, the company let us push back our tour date 1 day WITHOUT HASSLE, after a medical issue cropped up on our tour day.
Pace is great, and we covered a ton of ground.
David_A, Sep 2025
Kei was a great guide, we enjoyed the sites and he was very knowledgeable on the history. We saw so many things in the area.
