One of the activities I took my boyfriend on to celebrate his 70th birthday was the cable car wine tour and also my 86th mother who is partially blind and somewhat physically challenged. We all had an amazing time. Italia was our Host and Raymond was our driver they were very attentive to our needs, ensuring that we were comfortable, and our wine tour was a very nice experience. We first went to Maurice’s enjoyed the sour dough bread and covett wine. I purchased a black Harley Davidson motorcycle that wine bottle holder to add to enhance my wine bar. Next we went to Somerset enjoyed the corvette wine and the live jazz entertainer on the grass under an umbrella. Next we went to Callaway and their amazing arrows wine with mango & peaches was the best so I purchased a bottle and a necklaces for my mother & daughter. We enjoyed the wine viewing the vineyard. We ended back at Black Market and we enjoyed the complimentary Thin crust Superme Pizza with Sausage, pepperoni, Jalapeño, peppers, olives & mushrooms was to die for. I would highly recommend this tour especially for seniors who love wine tasting on a beautiful warm & pleasant day cruising town in an authentic cable car with wonderful people. It was simply a perfect beautiful day to celebrate my boyfriend 70th and my 86yr mother enjoyed the wine and jazz and still living life to the fullest.

The bus is very nice and unique. They have a great atmosphere and provide water and snacks which they keep reminding us to utilize. Carlos was our driver and he drove very well. Shawna was our guide and she was excellent in keeping the party going and everyone safe and included!

Mario and Alanah were amazing hosts! They made our tour so wonderful. Great music from all eras and they even took requests! All three vineyards were great but we liked Callaway the best. We definitely will be booking again!

Great Wine, But A Glorified Party Bus

Our guide, Shawna, and driver, Carlos, were amazing and helpful. The free snacks and water throughout the day were greatly appreciated. I would have liked more info about the wineries and history of the area, but a large part of our group was a raucous bachelorette party who were already inebriated at the start of the tour. Our outing was more of a loud, drunken bar-hop with a designated driver rather than a wine tour. Also, Viator should have made it more clear that the included-dinner was only available if you chose the restaurant as your pick-up/drop-off location and not your hotel. It was an expensive tour to not include that advertised dinner. If you're looking for a wine tour in Temecula, and aren't interested in accompanying a fraternity/sorority party, I would go with a smaller tour group.

The trolley is so cute. All of the wood detailing and open layout makes this tour the most stylish wine tour in Temecula. The guides were so fun and engaging and made sure you had everything you needed for a good time. Snacks and waters were provided on the trolley. The three wineries provided a great overview of the Temecula wine country.
