Leave the driving to someone else and relax aboard a comfortable, air-conditioned limousine trolley or SUV. At each stop, taste five to six different wines, and enjoy a charcuterie box along the way. Great experience. Didn’t expect that it is so much fun to do. It was really something I would recommend. The tour guide and driver were very nice and informative. Everyone in the tour was nice. As the tour goes on and after tasting so many wines, everyone was just laughing and dancing in the bus.

The driver was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The drive was pleasant. The wineries were not crowed and the poeple pouring the wines were knowable about their craft. We had fun.

It was a wild and crazy tour day. Penny, our guide, was AMAZING!!! Her knowledge of wine (2nd level somm), history of the regions and great spirit and attitude. We happened to be included with a group of vibrant and beautiful people on our limo trolley. I won’t forget how kind and welcoming our group was and God bless our driver and media specialist that kept us safe and engaged.

Great tour guide with expert knowledge on wine and the local wineries! The trolley that drove us around was updated to be almost a fancy limo-bus that is enclosed with A/C and surround sound speakers which was extra nice bc of all the rain this weekend. We saw another trolley on the road that wasn’t enclosed and everyone looked wet and cold..

It was simply awesome. There is no other to explain it. Everything from how polite and knowledgeable Penny was to our driver. Each stop was beautiful and you can tell they really had a good relationship with in the way they treated the bus passengers. It was nothing short of amazing.

Kurt was our guide and took us to three wineries, and we got a little education and got behind the scenes tour of two of the wineries. The tastings were great and I highly recommend this particular tour and tour guide. I plan on going back again soon.

Had a great time once we found bus. There were communication problems as we did not get notification that meeting point had changed. Kirk was great about arranging new pick up for us. Would definitely do more wine tours…

Had fun but it seemed very unorganized and it was pouring rain and hail -it should’ve been cancelled. They took us to the first winery that wasn’t planned and they weren’t ready for us. Pretty sure it was last minute -We ended up staying at stop number 2 and ubering back to the hotel.

Driver/ Host weas wonderful! Very knowledgeable and fun! Would love to do again soon! Even shared information about the area that was so helpful after the tour. We went at a perfect time of right after Super bowl and right before Valentine's Day. It felt like a private tour. Even with the low amount of crowd, everyone at the wineries were great and attentive.

I received the voucher/consent forms the night before our tasting tour. I was so excited to take my daughter as we are here in Temecula to go wine tasting for her 21st birthday. I was horrified to read that passengers who are larger may not be allowed on the tour because of their size or they should purchase another seat a month after I'd already purchased our tickets. The wording also indicated that if no other seats were available you wouldn't be able to buy another ticket and wouldn't be able to join the tour. It sounded like torture to show up only to find I could be too big for the seat (which it said was 17.5 inches - that's not even that big!), have to pay more, and then be told in front of the rest of the tour guests that I was too big to ride and be kicked off the tour. I cannot think of a more humiliating experience! And I paid for it!! I felt so upset at the prospect of having to go through something like that we opted to not even go. It RUINED our trip to a city full of vineyard that we weren't even able to go wine tasting while we were here despite my spending hundreds of dollars prepaid so we could go. I recall when I purchased the tickets that your site explicitly said no refunds. I do not recall reading in any of the information when I paid for/signed up for this about buying an extra seat or I would have then for greater peace of mind. I feel enraged about being ripped off like this. Thanks for nothing. I'll be adding this review online so other passengers who are larger know they are not welcome on your tour and maybe I can prevent someone else from wasting their money with you or feeling humiliated.

Our seating sizes are regulated to 17.5 inches, equivalent to a standard plane ticket seat. Given that our tours feature limo-style seating, we must ensure ample room for all guests. As this is an open seating tour, it's crucial to prevent any overcrowding for the fairness and comfort of all attendees. This information is clearly outlined in the confirmation email sent immediately upon purchase.
While we understand your concerns about potentially needing more space, we encourage guests to reach out to our office directly. Our booking agents are readily available to assist with reservations, including accommodating any special seating needs or arranging for placement on a different bus. We routinely cater to guests of various sizes without issue, prioritizing everyone's comfort and experience.
Upon reviewing your booking, we observed multiple attempts by our company to contact you regarding your reservation. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response requesting additional space. Additionally, you informed our driver during contact that you would not be able to attend the tour.
Please know that it's never our intention to cause discomfort or embarrassment to any guest. We strive to provide a welcoming and accommodating environment for all attendees.
