Trust the app and it works!

The_U, Sep 2026

Easy to use. I figured there would be some manual input, but once you press start you just need to drive and trust the app, it will take you to each stop. I kept pressing the next button and it skips that stop on the route, then I realized everything triggers automatically, including the directions. I booked, it sent me a link straight to my phone, pressed the link and it opened right to the tour. I had the option to change the route if I didn’t like it either so we messed around with that for a bit. Overall pretty cool! Will have to use this in other wine regions also.

We're really happy everything worked out well for you! Thank you for your feedback! We have also just launched our Apple CarPlay and Android Auto feature for even better handsfree wine tasting! Give that a try in the future! Thanks again!

Doesn’t play automatically. We were done with the tour by the time i got a call back. Driving directions don’t show

Anthony_L, Sep 2026

Only 3 of the 13 audio clips played automatically. Instructions on how to use the app are lacking. Driving directions don’t show on car gps. Called support but didn’t get a call back until we were done wine tasting. Not intuitive nor automatically plays like Shaka Guide, Just Ahead, and Guide Along apps.

Response from Host, Sep 2026

Thanks for the feedback, Anthony. I sent you the full log of your day afterwards, so I'll set out here what it shows, because a few of these claims don't match it. "Only 3 of 13 clips played." Your tour had 14 audio segments across four legs. At 11:12 AM the tour was ended with zero wineries reached, by tapping Skip on every stop, which is two minutes before your voicemail saying nothing worked. Nothing was running at that point. When you restarted at 11:26 you were already parked at Callaway, so the intro and the five stories on the drive from Old Town were behind you. Peltzer was then skipped in the app, which removes its two clips. The three wineries you kept in the tour, Callaway, Wilson Creek and Danza del Sol, each played their story, and the log shows check-ins at all three. The remaining drive-time clips play when you follow the app's route; if the car is being navigated by Apple or Google Maps on a different road, those pins are never crossed. "Driving directions don't show on car GPS." Correct, and we say so: directions are on the phone, and CarPlay isn't supported yet. That is fair criticism and it's on our roadmap. "No callback until we were done." Your voicemail came in at 6:14 AM my time in New Zealand. I replied at 9:06 AM, which was 2:06 PM for you, and your next message said you'd finished. "Instructions are lacking." Partly fair. I've since added a redeem link and setup steps directly on the tour page. Every audio file and winery location on your tour checks out on our side. Your Temecula pass never expires, and I'll gladly walk you through setup before your next visit so it runs start to finish. Wine Trails
