Enjoyable evening boat ride. Good timing for us as we experienced both the sunset and a rising full moon. Captain Tim succeeded in getting a group of dolphins to play behind the boat. Definitely an added bonus! We hoped for more information about the area, towns we passed by, etc., but overall a fun experience.

Great ride out in the gulf with spectacular views and dolphins. The captain was kind and very informative and a great photographer. The boat was comfy and ready to just relax and enjoy.

Troy was our captain, and he did a fantastic job. He gave a lot of great information pertaining to the bay area, dolphins, beautify homes and wildlife. If I ever take this cruise again, I will request him!

Captain Troy was the best!! He was very knowledgeable and funny and provided the best tour, we even got to see the 7 planets alignment that night because he reminded us about it. Thanks Troy for providing an awesome sunset cruise for us!!

This was a boat that might belong to anyone. Six of us went out with Troy who was a great guy. He showed us houses, dolphins, sunset, and we got to see an engagement on a Tikki boat. We had a great time. Depending on time of year, bundle up or bring layers. We would do it again.

We were very disappointed with this tour mostly the conditions of the boat we were taken out on! Dirty and not serviced totally not what we expected at all! The captain was nice but spoke about his personal life the entire trip definitely not worth $50 per person ! We weren’t offered any water and we rents told that there was a cooler with ice to hold beverages till the end of our voyage! The highlight was spotting some dolphins but when my sister in law was feeling motion sickness we told him we wanted to go back right away we were told that he had to wait for capt. Tim from the other vessel because the gas gauge on capt. Tim’s boat wasn’t working and he was told not to leave him but we had to head back asap cause my sister in law was going to throw up!!! A very low qualiry but expensive excursion that’s definitely not worth the price!

Why would anybody who gets seasick sign up for a tour titled Gulf of Mexico cruise? We also do not have a signed agreement from anybody on February 14th named Lisa. You must have received discount tickets because our sunset is $68. Yes, our boats are being repaired from hurricane damage. I suggest paying more and selecting a different company next time. We do not end non private tours early. We would have refunded you if you brought this to the attention of management vs slandering us on a review. If you want entitled treatment over other paying guests pay the extra money for a private tour. If you were really on the boat You did not tip the captain. Thanks for the kick when we were already down from Helene and Milton. Go to Miami next time.

Thanks for slamming us over something we can't control (the weather) Sorry we didn't want to put your safety in jeopardy by taking a small craft into 3 to 5 feet seas. I'm sure if we did you would complain about the swells. We would have been happy to rebook you to a better evening.

We did not see any safety devices, no cooler or a cooler with no ice (as was advertised), no music (as advertised) because captain said his phone was dead, had to use one of our phones. We did enjoy our captain; however, he was only 24 and had only been in town 3 weeks, so not sure how much of a tour guide he was (which was also advertised). Captain did also ask if we minded if he relieved himself overboard while on cruise. We were happy we had a safe, fun trip--but not as advertised!

Sunset cruise was canceled 1 hour before the appointed time. We had already left our hotel in Clearwater beach to drive the 30 min to the pier. We had stopped at a restaurant for dinner on the way. The call came while we were at dinner. The captain said there was a problem with the boat.
I was offered a refund or reschedule at a later date; we opted for the refund and have received notification that it is on the way. We appreciate that. What bothers me about this situation is that if we had to cancel 2 hours before the trip we wouldn’t have been refunded, we would have lost our money.
I think the vendor and/or Viator should compensate me for the loss of time, gas, etc because of the cancellation. Perhaps a voucher for future use on viator is appropriate.

We issued a full refund. When you purchased tickets you agreed to our cancellation policy and we may cancel the reservation if the minimum requirement wasn’t met. You were offered a refund, rebook, or to purchase the minimum number of tickets required to depart. We have several of these boats. On a mechanical failure we simply switch to a different boat. Yet another entitled person who thinks they should compensated for their inconvenience. We canceled an hour before the tour when ticket sales are cut off. Sorry we do not have a crystal ball on sales.

Our captain was amazing. He saw how much our daughters loved the splash that the waves made, so he made sure they did slash. The captain also made sure that we saw dolphins and slowed down everytime we wanted to take a picture. The sunset was also so beautiful.

This is our second time going on the sunset cruise with Brian. We had an almost 3 year old and a 7 month old with us and they loved it. He points out all the dolphins and will stay in the same area so you can see them a few times before moving on. Will definitely book again.
