Jake and Logan met us with all the gear to have a great time. Easy-to-use on time and friendly. Went over all safety and recommended good spots to see. Long enough to paddle, relax, collect shells. Worth the money for sure. My frie d never kayaked and found it easy enough and loved it!!

The company and kayaks never showed. 9 of us (unrelated) waited for a while hour at the drop off point and never got word from Sharkey's. We all called multiple times but finally just left.

This is simple an equipment rental. Nothing else. Lots of active boats in the area so little wildlife. Puts you into a boat tailgate with thumping music. Not at all what I expected. Rusty equipment got orange all over my clothes that does not come out.

Amazing every time

This is our 3rd year doing this kayak trip. It’s amazing every time. I only wish it was longer! We have only done the 2:00 trip. Maybe next time we’ll do the 10:00 trip. The mangrove is always a great place to float thru and enjoy the scenery and the wildlife. Logan was wonderful and helpful. The company is professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

I had the most amazing time with my daughter. We parked our kayak, put our chairs in the water and snorkeled and swan. We saw sea urchins and dolphins and crabs and so many other sea creatures. It was the perfect day! Calep was knowledgeable and kind.

We received instructions prior to the trip via text and it was very lengthy and a bit confusing. We thought we booked a guided tour however it was a go at your own pace tour. The kayaks were extremely dirty & did the bottoms didn’t even appear as glass bottom as you couldn’t see anything in the water. Michael helped us with the kayak at the dock and he was very nice and helpful.

If you’re on the fence, just book it

Such a fun way to spend a morning, worth every penny and I’m so glad we went!! The guys who put us in the water were very thorough and knowledgeable, weather was perfect and going through the mangrove was really cool. The water was a little high for the sandbar but it was still really nice to set up the provided chair and just chill! Would absolutely do this again!

This is not a guided tour. Someone will help you into your kayaks, show you where to go on a map and then you’re off. Which was ok for us because you got to explore where you wanted and could stay out up to 4hrs if you chose to.

Unfortunately we did not see any wildlife in the water due to the red tide. You can't really explore the little island they are mangrove we were able to park for a bit and walk on the sandbar. Overall for the price it was just ok.

Unfortunately, we were unable to make this trip 2 days in a row b/c of the weather. The company still refunded our money with no issues at all. The refund process was quicker than advertised and very simple. Our contact at the tour site was very informative and made every effort to get us on the trip. In the end, it was a safety call for all involved and I feel comfortable that it was the right one. The refund was a plus because on most adventures like this if your trip is canceled for a weather-related reason you don't always get a refund. I will definitely be back to try it again.
