    Horrible! Avoid at all costs! Viator continues to sell this and show it as available on their site when in reality this tour operator hasn’t been in business for a long time! They have stops listed that are permanently closed! DO NOT sign up for this!

    Strange — if the tour “hasn’t been running,” how would you know a stop was “closed”? Sounds like you were… on the tour and now giving false info. So let’s get the facts right… This experience is alive and thriving, with hundreds of 5-star reviews. Occasionally, Viator and TripAdvisor mix details from our two separate tours (City vs. Vortex-to-Vineyard), which explains the confusion. None of the stops are closed — just part of different adventures. For accurate info, we recommend booking directly at DvineDetours dot com — because mega travel sites don’t always get it right. But hey, thanks for the fiction.

    Not a good experience. We booked the tour, came bright and early the next morning to the meeting place, and they never showed up. Their phone went straight to voicemail. Choose someone else...

    We apologize since you booked the tour the night before, past the 24 hour deadline, Trip Advisor did not send us the booking so there was nothing we could do as we never had the information. We suggest her website dvinedetours dot com so this never happens.

    Booked , received confirmation and was excited to tour the vortex sites with Rachel, only to wait outside hotel for 30minutes and not be picked up. When I contacted Rachel at the number listed on her website, I was advised the company was closed until September . The error was blamed on Viator and a refund was requested by her assistant. I applaud the attempt to make this right, however, the highlight of this trip was to see the vortex sights, thankfully the sweet lady at the concierge for hotel gave us a map and very good recommendations and detailed instructions on sites to see after seeing our distress.

    It is very hard to communicate through Viator or ANY 3rd party so we do apologize. The company was closed for the month of August as Rachel had to go home for the death of her uncle. We always tell anyone booking a tour to do it direct through her website called dvine detours dot com so this will never happen. When it does we apologize but Rachel feels strongly that family comes first and Viator knew the business was closed but did not inform you. This does not reflect a review of her tours, it only reflects your experience with Viator and it confuses everyone when a review is left from someone that never took the tour. We are glad you were fully refunded as promised and able to still find a vortex.

    With all the tours available to us I am so glad we chose this particular tour. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and able to provide a great deal of information in an entertaining way. This tour with Rachel was the highlight of our trip. J. Koranda
