Your private guide will pick you up at your hotel in the Santa Ynez Valley. Get comfortable in your private climate-controlled vehicle as you head out to your first destination.
Some of the many varietals found in this wine region are chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, pinot noir, cabernet sauvignon, syrah, pinot grigio, and viognier. Wine tastings generally consist of six samples (three whites and three reds).
Customize your tour itinerary to suit the palate and interests of your group. Expect to visit three wineries in Santa Barbara's wine country.
At the end of four hours, your guide returns you to your hotel in Lompoc, Buellton, Solvang, Santa Ynez, Los Olivos, or Los Alamo.

Tom was a great guide! He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable of the area we toured. He arranged tastings at 3 great wineries and provided lunch at our second stop. I liked one so much I ended up joining their wine club! Great experience for my girlfriends and I. We had a blast and will definitely book again.

The group running the tour can cancel without warning. I still haven't got my refund or any apologe.

You get a great tour guide, Tom who was very helpful and took us to unique wineries. Take light snacks with you like plain crackers if you can't drink on an empty stomach.

Tom was a Great Host picking us up at Hotel timely and Promptly to visit 3 Winery’s and a Treat to
A Olive Oil Farm! All the Winery’s were great and Tom had a great lunch for us after the Second Winery. The Winery Hosts were so kind and Knowledgeable! Brought home some Great Wine and Olive Oils! I would highly suggest taking this Tour!!!

The tour was a great experience! The Small boutique wineries had a lot of character, and visiting the olive farm was a nice touch. Sharing some local history would definitely add more depth to the tour. It’s a shame we didn't hear about the production process or the history of the olive farm. This can make the experience even richer.

Felt the guide and the people working/owning the wineries were condescending and elitist. The tour was way too expensive for what it was, lunch wasn't served until too late in the day. Felt pressure to buy at each stop we made and there's an expectation to tip 20%- which made the excursion even more $$.

I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience. My tours are cheaper than the other guys. As I explain in the beginning of every guided tour how will the day go. And text you the day before for pick up time to be ready and we have appointments and stay hour at each winery. Took advantage of the situation and engorge me. You took longer at each winery which is not fair to the other wineries waiting on us, they do have other appointments. Half an hour late at 2nd winery and hour late to the last winery. This is a 5 hour tour not 6 or 7 hours. This tour is for people who like to buy artisan wines as its indicated in my bio the small wineries and farm to table wine makers. I ask for a tip because most people think its already added to the booking. This is a service business; the driver lives off tips. All the wineries also have appointments, so we spend and hour at each place, that's plenty of time. as I explain beginning of tour.

We decided to go with this based on the reviews however it was not the same experience for us. The wineries were nice however we were the only 2 people on the tour on Saturday and the environment was extremely money oriented. The expectation was very pressuring to purchase wine at every stop and wasn’t very inviting of a tasting experience. Tom even apologized on our behalf to one of the wineries for not buying anything and then questioned why I didn’t purchase anything. Overall would not return.

The lunch is a picnic lunch includes sandwich or salad , chips, cookies and water and served at the second winery, which is perfect for wine tasting.

Our group had such a wonderful day on this wine tour! We went to three different wineries/tastings, each with its own feel, which was the perfect mix to get a sense of the Santa Ynez Valley wine scene. Tom was friendly and professional, lunch was yummy, and each of the winery owners were welcoming and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
