Two star review for an overpriced place . They just let you use the sauna once . Hallways are a mess so wet very dangerous to walk around . They tell you to hydrate but the “water fountains “ which are decorative metal buckets were clogged with DISGUSTING WATER not just one but several . They just push you to go to the bar . So PRETTY MUCH IS A BAR WITH A POOL . Nice view from the pool . Changing rooms are decent. But IT IS WAY DAR AWAY FROM BEING A SPA !!! Sauna has an good view but overall experience isn’t worth the hassle to get there . The STEAM ROOM HAD A BAS SMELL. Really stinks . They don’t give you enough salt to do a scrub so you gotta get like three or four samples of what they give you . And the famous “juice” a tequila shot is bigger than that .
Also , I wonder why they sell you tickets via third party if employees at the counter while checking in discourage you from doing that .

Incredible, rejuvenating, 10/10, must do. My wife and I came here directly from the airport after an overnight flight and this was the perfect way to start our trip. Highly recommend this, worth it.
Super relaxing, very friendly staff. Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time and the 7 step ritual is well worth it. Viator says it last 2 hours but there is no time limit on how long you can stay
Great experience even with little direction! We loved the lagoon and the steps. You can do all or some, your choice. Drinks are incredibly expensive but the overall experience was worth it!
Amazing. Well worth the price and one of the highlights of our trip to Iceland. Highly recommend. Hope we can come back soon.
We did this before we flew home. It was a wonderful experience. The seven step spa was amazing. The views were very peaceful.
It’s gorgeous and fun! The 7-step ritual was fun but strange that the drink included in that (a shot of juice), is the drink that comes with your overall spa experience. The view from the lagoon and watching the setting sun was just spectacular. I definitely recommend the cold plunge!
Such an amazing experience. Gorgeous views with the wellness ritual. Swim up bar had yummy drinks as well. So relaxing and a wonderful way to end our trip in Iceland. Can’t wait to come back!
We are two women from Chicago. We are celebrating our birthdays. Left husbands, chlidren and grandchildren behind. This place is run down, over crowded and so far from luxury. Water warm, not hot. So many all carrying drinks and their phones. We did not enjoy drunk couples fondling, kissing and whatever else in the water or the couple in the corner whose girlfriend was popping his pimples and putting the pus in the water. This is a bathhouse and everything that comes with it. Totally dirty, unsanitary, and hookup heaven. If that is your scene great! But not anything as advertised!
Nasty lady with short blonde Bob at the end harassing me like a wild animal about my shoes. When I came out the bathroom to grab my shoes to leave. There were others in there with shoes on exiting as well but her miserable self wanted to target me. Kept repeating the same phrase over and over while I'm grabbing my things to leave was unnecessary. Learn how to deal with POC, we have money as well and can occupy these spaces.
Completely blown away I had read the reviews but still it was even better than I thought. I had heard to rent a space a little bit later in the evening would be good. We booked at 7:30 and I thought it was perfect. I would do this again and a heartbeat.
Great experience. The 7 step ritual was the highlight. Loved it from the sauna to having the herbal tea.
First ritual is the lagoon itself, and then cold plunge, sauna, cold mist etc. overall it was an amazing and relaxing experience. Stayed there for about 3 hrs and it was worth it. Definitely recommend.

It was a beautiful experience. I loved it. We had a wonderful time very classy. We did the seven step ritual. I would definitely come back again.

Did this with my wife and daughter. We did the Blue Lagoon also and all three of us preferred the Sky. Close to Reykjavik, a short taxi ride away. We loved it. The lagoon is right on the water and beautiful.

Water is crystal clear and leaves no residue on your skin. The 7 point ritual was fun. The vibe was very laid back and not for kids.
This was a fun experience. Actually my second time at the Sky Lagoon. The 7 steps is a nice cleansing ritual. I love the dramatic scenery as you are in the hot water relaxing. It was a good time that my friend enjoyed aso.
The place is stunning and you can tell a lot of thought went into the design and build process. But my bf and I did not think it's worth what you pay for and the staff were not the most friendly. The "7 step ritual" isn't much more than the lagoon and sauna. Steam room wasn't very hot and they give you a small dish with essential oils and salt as the scrub
It was a wonderful surprise, the 7 step ritual was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The two saunas were beautiful, elegant and big. We would go back again.
This "SPA" went beyond my expectations!! The lagoon was massive and clean, with a gorgeous view of a lake. We hung put there for as long as we liked. They also had a bar for refreshments, a nice touch. The seven steps was amazing. I recommend bringing a waterproof sack for your phone, you will want photos and we did not get any of our own.
What a nice lagoon! We also did the 7 steps ritual. I wish they would have informed me more before doing the 7 steps ritual, as I skipped a step, the cold plunge. Looking back at myself I should have done the cold plunge :') If no one tells you, I will ! Do the cold plunge ;)
Amazing experience. Great atmosphere both inside and outside. Great value for the cost. One of our favourite highlights of our trip. Definitely recommend the evening time slot for the sunsets.
The lagoon was clean and the design of the it was great. I purchased the separate shower package. The lagoon was not full so the experience was great. We were there for sunset so our photos came out perfectly. The illusion of an infinity pool overlooking the ocean area was breathtaking.

Had such a relaxing time at Sky Lagoon with the 7 step ritual. I’d definitely recommend if visiting Reykjavik since it’s only a short drive/bus away from the city and felt less touristy than the blue lagoon.

We had been to the Blue Lagoon a couple years ago. It was nice. The Sky Lagoon did not exist then so this experience far exceeded our expectations. Well worth the price. Would do it again.
Sky Lagoon cannot be missed if you’re traveling to Iceland! The views, spa treatments and walk up bar is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had!
