This was the best day trip we could have taken while visiting Iceland. The tour was very organized, only a small group, easy to prepare for, and all the stops made it extra special. Our guide, Hilmer, was informative but also very chill and made the day really fun and memorable.

This was a great experience and snowmobiling across the glacier was the highlight of it all..............just incredible. Our guide was good, I wish we had a little more heat in the Super Jeep at times and it would've been useful to tell us we did not have to zip up the snowmobile suit from when we put on to the ride to where we got on. You can also take off your helmet so you don' t over heat before you go out in the cold. I would've liked more time to shop during the stops they felt very rushed with only 20 min per stop for Waterfall , geysers etc. All in all it was great.

This is a nice way to spend a full day. Pick up at 8 and.drop off is a little after 5. Our guide was very good and friendly. Everything all the way down to overalls, helmets and gloves for snowmobiling was planned by them and executed nicely. No wait times anywhere other than the long drive to the glacier. I saw some cheaper options of this tour with other companies but seeing how organized, on time, and professional this one was, I would recommend it with no hesitation.

Take some snack & a drink for the jeep ride, it does take a while to get to first destination. Also the food etc is quite expensive at the stops. Wear decent boots , warm gloves. As although they do provide these they did run out

Excellent guide. We enjoyed the tour. Lots to see. Snowmobiling was very well thought out. Cruise ship pick up was crazy… bus needs to be marked. We got to see the geyser erupt 4 times!

The trip was amazing from start to finish, we saw amazing sights with a comfortable journey. The snowmobiling was surreal and we would 100% recommend to everyone, it is a memory that we will not forget. Our tour guide Bart was great for the whole trip sharing interesting facts and making sure we were comfortable / not rushing us at each stop.

A well organised tour with stunning scenery throughout. The highlight of our day was snowmobiling on a glazier which felt surreal at times. Glad we have plenty of photos to remind ourselves that we were in fact there. The journey to and from was an experience in itself.

Wow!! What an unforgettable experience. Geysers, waterfalls and glaciers. Snowmobiles were a ton of fun….but our group was quite large so we couldn’t really get into them. Would have been nice to hit the gas a little.
Christian was a great tour guide. The jeep was super comfy. We ended up with only 1 other girl with us, so it was a semi private day in the jeep. Highly recommend this trip

Great trip despite the poor weather. Driver was great and snow mobiling a once in a life time. Good value for money, although lunch at Geyser centre was very expensive.

We had a great day trip and experience with the guide Ingi. We took a trip for 10 people, the day was beautiful and the visibility was relatively good. The highlight of the trip was the snowmobiles, but we also had a lot of fun in all the other places on the route. The guide Ingi was great, he explained things clearly and interestingly and went along with our wishes.

The whole trip was fantastic and very memorable. Snowmobiles were great fun however attention to the tour guide and safety instructions are really important. The glazier is uneven and the machine does “wobble” a lot. If I had to do it again I would prefer to drive my own vehicle (however, I did feel that the pace set by the instructor was very fast and as a passenger for me it was too fast)! But I’m so glad I did it and enjoyed it very much.

this trip should only be done in summer months as when driving through the wilds and driver tells you on the left is a view and on the right is a view !! lets see there's no sun light and the mini bus has blacked out windows!! so no VIEWS when the sun comes later in the day up you have missed most of the views!!
NO SUPPER JEEPS converted mini buses in need of repair yet still being used even when the loading step is broken and you have to climb into the mini bus pulling yourself over the big side boards (all wet and dirty) nice way to treat customers not even a offer of a extra step just get on with it!!

driver keeps using his phone while driving so safety not first must make phone calls and use phone 1st
trip was back 1 hour early!!!

Our tour guide - Kate, was 10/10! Absolute super star, humour, great driver and had a FAB day.
We did the golden circle and snowmobile tour and have zero complaints from the time of pick off to the time of drop off. Kate was a super star.
We started off at the National park, onto geysirs, lunch then snowmobiling before final stop off at the Gulfoss waterfall. I with the larger Skógafoss was included but I know other tours do ! Kate allowed us as much time as we needed at each location / gift shop!! She took photos for us and allowed extra time in the bar to celebrate our engagement - drinks all around !
The snowmobiling was fantastic. The handles were heated and overalls are provided.
Car extremely comfortable and stops are nicely spaced out so you’re never in there for too long. We only had 2 others in our group (4 plus Kate in total!)
Messaging on the Viator app was successful and fairly fast.
My improvement would be that
that I wish the location for lunch had a larger menu selection as it was only pizza, nothing else and no sides.

Do not book this tour! Viator we’re unable to let us know the correct pick up time which resulted in us missing our pickup, then our tour was rescheduled only to be canceled due to bad weather. Viator were advised of the cancellation the night before but did not let us know meaning we were standing in the freezing cold for an hour waiting for pickup that was never coming

This was AMAZING and definitely THE way to see the Golden Circle!! - I tossed and turned with which experience to book as there were several offering the same sort of thing and after much deliberation i decided to go for this one, and we were not dissapointed!
Early pick up at around 8am in a Monstrous truck!! We weren't really sure what to expect really, so we were very pleased when this beast showed up!!! There were 9 of us on the 12/14 seater truck so plenty of room! And much better than the coaches/mini-buses we saw all day. Our tour guide was great, and he even stopped at a couple of other places on the route, another waterfall and a quaint little ice cream shop which was shared with the cows who produced the milk for the ice cream.
Unfortunately the snowmobiling had to be delayed due to weather, so we were offered buggy rides, a refund, or a chance to go again if your holiday allowed. Ours fortunately did, so our tour guide arranged for us and we went back 2 days later for the snowmobiling and it was Incredible and so worth the trip back up the mountains. Unfortunately this did turn our last day into almost a full day of travel, as opposed to a few hour add-on to our Golden Circle Day, but would do it all over again if we had the chance. Truly mesmerising being on the glacier, cannot find the words to describe. Definitely a must!!!!

We were the first ones picked up at 9h, and told we were to be six in the jeep, then there was a lot of confusion on the other pick ups, so we finally left with 10 people and Reykjavik with quite some delay - which meant we were running after time the rest of the day - the visits were shorter than hoped for... Thingvellier was in the semi-darkness when we got there. Guide was very kind and helpful, but not very knowledgeable. The snowmobiling was great!

What a fantastic day! The Gulfoss waterfall was spectacular. The snowmobiling was scary but exhilarating - being in the wilderness on top of the second largest glacier was absolutely breathtaking. The snowy scenery was just beautiful. The guides were so hardworking, knowledgeable, safety conscious, fun and friendly. The visit to The National Park and to the geysirs was excellent. A very long day. Wrap up very warm and take brave tablets - it is sooo worth it!
