NASA was amazing and the tour guide was invaluable and informative. But ultimately we paid for an airboat ride to see alligators. The captain of the boat tried his best to find them but he said that the gaters were not in the shallows now and they were not allowed to take the boats into deeper water. He said the tour companies should not see trips to see them!!! Disappointed

Space Center could take two days. To sit at launch pad 39A and see the real stuff, recordings and equipment was fascinating. The airboat was noisy but we saw a lot of gators, herons, egrets

Very informative and so nice to be able to see the vehicles we grew up with being so close to view. Really enjoyed the simulator of the Space Shuttle take-off.

A great experience, well worth the early start. Informative guide that gave tips of what’s best to do when. My husband has always wanted to visit here and even I was amazed and interested in lots of things here. The size is impressive. Obviously as we were doing the airboat ride too we didn’t have as much time as the others but we wanted to go on an airboat trip so it was ideal to do both together. I would recommend doing both.

A really great day. Bob and Dave were excellent. The extra little sheet of information showing the must do parts of the Kennedy Space Centre with estimated times and priorities was excellent and ensured we got the most of of our day. Our most enjoyable bits were the launch simulator, the slide and the airboat ride. Thank you for a great day.

Fantastic trip with Leighanne (apologies if spelling Wong). She was engaging and enthusiastic and we loved her stories. The Kennedy Space Center was huge with lots to see, we followed the recommended route and saw all the key attractions before heading off for our airboat ride. Our guide there was local and knowledgeable and we spotted many alligators along the way although a more difficult season to spot them in. The whole day was worth it and we would do it all again. (Uk family of three with a teen).

1 star is the least I can give, so I'm counting that as a 0 star. I'm giving this 2 star (basically 1) just because of the kennedy space center. I booked also the airboat, but only at the morning they told us on the bus that who going to the airboat will get 2 hours less in the kennedy space center. I tried to make it to the bus, but the space center was to much interesting from the airboat (I did that allready in other trip so I familliar with this), I asked for a refund and the company declined because the airboat still happening. And with all of that, I thought that the tour will be with guidance but again the answer is no, so basically this trip is just a transportation... So do yourself a favor and just go to kennedy space center with a car or an uber or something else and buy a seperate ticket. P.S. the bus on the way back got stuck due to engine problem so we had to wait 30 minutes until we could ride.

The Airboat ride was incredible and our captain gave us a good tour and ride. We drove up from Hollywood FL and Greyhound wasn’t necessary since we had our own car and needed to drive back. Jason with Greyhound showed us the way and gave us tips for KSC. Enjoyed it but feel we overspent for things not needed. Also the website said lunch was provided. No lunch.

Good Morning Sir; Thank you for providing your feedback on the Kennedy Space Center and Airboat Tour. From reading your review it truly seems like you purchased the incorrect product. I certainly agree with you, if you are driving from Hollywood Florida this isn't the tour for you, as this departs from Orlando, and the price reflects the inclusion of the transport, tickets and tour guide assistance. So this certainly would have been better value for yourself to have arranged your airboats and admission tickets directly, not as part of tour. You mentioned lunch however, I do urge you to speak with the operator you booked through to discuss this. Lunch has never been part of this tour, its not even an upgrade option so I truly don't know where they got that information. So happy to hear Jason assisted you with some good tips for Kennedy Space Center. Next time you are in Orlando look us up, and we would love to see you ride a tour bus with us so you have a true Gray Line Tours experience. Have a great afternoon, Tori

Our guide was the best. Interesting, engaging, fun to be around! Very informative information. Super helpful when it came to getting a reservation for the bus tour and they said it was sold out for the day, he helped the entire group get to a kiosk ...and bingo baby we got reservations...Thank you will use again!!!

This is a full day tour. There are so much to see in Kennedy Space Center. Make sure you don't miss the Imax movies. The Airboat Ride is also interesting. It was a beautiful and warm afternoon and we happened to see many aligators along the swamp area. At one point, we are only 3 feet away from the aligator - a real close look at it. Amazing!!! Mitch is our bus driver and guide and he is very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the tour and highly recommend to others especially ones who have never been to Kennedy Space Center. The only comment is we weren't able to see everything in Kennedy Space Center since we have to leave at 3:30 pm for the Airboat Ride. However, we had a good time!

In one day you spend more time in the bus than at the center. Pick up at 7.30am in the morning, but the tour only starts at 8.30 and we only got to KSC at 10 am, and in the in evening the drop off was really really late 8.45pm Since the queue for the bus tour was long more than one hour we did not get to do it. The airboat ride was not interesting... If you do this just to see a few scattered bulls and one alligator which does not seem real, it is a waste of time. We went back to our hotel tired and were not satisfied with our day out...

The tour was pretty good! Would've liked to have stayed longer at the Kennedy Space Center. The kids enjoyed the air boat ride, although we didn't get to see any gators in the wild.
