My husband and I purchased tickets to have dinner at the hard rock café. It was a great experience and we enjoyed the food and all of the beautiful scenery. We took lots of pictures and had a great time.

We had such a great experience! Our server "Vegas" was an awesome guy and a true pleasure. Such an exciting place with amazing memorabilia!

Great customer service at the restaurant!! Will definitely return. There was a mix up with the order. We were laid back about it, but they immediately had the manager come out and were extremely apologetic.

Don’t buy not a deal and you will be disappointed

Absolute worst, I saw the bad reviews and thought it couldn’t be so bad… it was worst. Do not buy this deal, if you really want to go to hard rock then simply go buy this deal is not a deal at all, you are limited to a few options for the acoustic menu just burgers which if you just paid for it would be cheaper and a dry nasty brownie and for the electric very limited options and no steaks and if you paid would be at least $20 less than buying tjis deal, the store also has an in store holiday deal that is cheaper and has way more options and better dessert options… this is not a deal it’s a rip off the SERVICE was HORRIBLE, FOOD HORRIBLE, WAIT HORRIBLE don’t do it.. just don’t!

I almost died this year so this was supposed to be a special dinner. Never again! First off parking is $27 because it's inside City Walk. The trips to the car from the security check point because they kept finding something we couldn't take inside. The wait for a table was expected. The disrespect and rudeness of our waitress was not. She didn't explain the menu for us after we asked her to help. We purchased a "tour" with everything included gratuity also in advance. $105+ for Christmas dinner 2 people. The first plates that were given to us immediately were removed by our waitress and the only thing she says "Those aren't yours" no apology. Our food that was under cooked. Rare steak and a rare burger when we ordered it differently. The waitress behaved annoyed that we didn't want the bloody meat but reluctantly had them remade. I couldn't eat after this ordeal. Miserable Christmas dinner.

Never again due to disappointment

It’s better to go to the hard rock restaurant and look at the menu and pay for your meal directly. When you present your voucher up front you will be told to go stand on the long line because no table available. The staff don’t really know the electric menu and some never heard of it plus no such thing as a tour. The electric menu has little option it’s so sad and disappointing. The only thing that saved the night was having an awesome waiter who was so nice. I wanted to do something nice for my husband, but it was just a mess when presenting the Viator voucher and somewhat embarrassing. For the amount I paid ($105), if had just pay directly at the restaurant I could hv paid less because our appetite was gone once we started explaining the whole thing with that confusing voucher no one seem to be familiar with. I had to email a copy to the manager at the restaurant. I will never buy this deal again nor recommend to anyone. It’s just based on my experience nothing personal. 5 star for the waiter at restaurant but 0-1 star for the viator electric menu deal… whatever u call it.

Was great to experience hard rock without the high bill. When we went we told them we had a deal, yet it took them quite a while to give us the proper menu. Our waiter - Vegas - was brilliant and made our visit worth it!

Buying a prepaid dinner was not a great experience.HRC were unaware of the menus that the prepaid voucher gave us and the team member had to bring over a manager who had large white folder flicking through pages trying to find our menu options we were allowed.Not good and felt second class diners!
