Pickups are available from select hotels and resorts only—we are unable to collect from private residences, vacation homes, condos, or Airbnb/villa properties. Gray Line Orlando will contact you by 3:00 PM (EST) the day before your tour to confirm your exact pickup time and location. If you have not received your pickup details by that time, please contact us. On the day of travel, please wait outside the main lobby entrance of your selected hotel or resort. Your driver-guide will arrive in a Gray Line Orlando vehicle and uniform. If you do not see the vehicle within 5 minutes of your scheduled pickup time, please contact our office immediately for assistance.

Shuttle bus driver was very nice and welcoming in Florida , gave us history and facts about Florida while driving down to Daytona , fast and easy communication as well

Plenty of time there, which is not needed, as there is not much to do there. Various individuals asking for money, and hanging around. Would be nice if area was tidied up

I booked a boat trip and day out in Daytona. This literally can be covered in 2 hours.
However driver was good, informative but noone explained where the boat trip was or what time is headed out. I walked about for a couple of hours and gave up as could not find the boat!! I then went to Joe's for food and had lots of people coming and asking for money from me.
I feel this was wasted money as paid for the boat ride but given no information as to where this was or the time. I thought it would go from the beach to find there was no boat trips from the beach!!
