What To Expect
Make your own way to the Florida Mall in Orlando to enter the Crayola Experience.
Once inside, choose from 26 activities and attractions to do at your leisure. Learn about the crayon-creation process during a live demonstration by the staff. Make your own crayon by picking a color, naming it, and wrapping it. Create your own a drip-art masterpiece by melting crayon wax onto a canvas.
Kids can play and climb on the 2-story Color Playground, and you can purchase refreshments at Cafe Crayola if you like (own expense). The Florida Mall also has more than 250 stores and eateries that you can visit before or after your time at Crayola Experience.

- Your ticket is good until closing time on the day of your visit; you can get a wrist band/hand stamp if you wish to exit and re-enter.

- General Admission tickets may be upgraded to an Annual Pass on the day of visit. $23.59 of this ticket is the amount that can be credited toward the upgrade.

The most memorable experience is the smiles on my niece’s faces when they saw the building from the outside to coming in to do many activities. I’m eating the experience 10/10 and I’ll definitely be back next year for this adventure!

It was great but I didn’t like that some activities were an extra charge. Once I pay my admission I don’t want to have to tell my kids they can’t do certain things or be forced to pay more that I didn’t calculate for. Other than that it was great

The experience was amazing. My son had a great time. There was so much to do just wished the lines weren’t so long. We weren’t in a rush so we spent 2+ hours there. Make sure you map out time because you will need it. The things in the gift store are priced well. Only thing I wasn’t happy with was that we did not get to see how crayons were made. There was no where in there for that. Also, when creating your own crayon the crayon is already made in the machine you are just making the name and symbol to add to the label you place on the crayon.

We really just wanted to see the store. I wish I would have known that before I bought tickets. The experience is cute for toddler's. M 10 year old was board. But a cute place to visit to burn time while you are visiting.

Horrible no safety regulations kids were getting trampled! no kind of social distancing, half the stations where out of supplies so my child couldn't even enjoy everything just a horrible experience all around wouldn't recommend

We had to email our vouchers to crayola to have them honored. We had to stand in line and screenshot each of eight tickets. No one told us how to get it in except the security staff. It was very disorganized and the staff were pretty much over helping children or parents for the day. We could not do wax hands but had to wait for another staff member to come and tell us as the other staff kept their backs turned only attending to who they had right in front of them. Machines for the only two games ate the quarters and there was no one to assist. The tables were filthy. The markers provided did not color. There was no consideration for patrons at all unless you were season pass holders. I will not be returning.

We had the most "colorful" time at the Crayola Experience. There was a plethora of activities to participate in from naming your own crayon colors, creating your own works of art which are yours to bring home!
