Head to the Orlando Eye for your turn in one of the observation wheel's 30 air-conditioned capsules, each of which hold up to 15 people.
Enjoy 360-degree views of Orlando, and check out the capsule's iPad for information and facts about the city's attractions and environment. The rotation is 23 minutes long, giving you time to admire the downtown skyline, lush greenery, theme parks, and even the Atlantic coast on a clear day.
When booking, you can also upgrade to visit more than just the Orlando Eye. If you select one of these options, you can also visit SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium and/or Madame Tussauds.

If there's a storm or news of a storm nearby, rides will shut down for safety reasons. They may reopen certain rides, once the storm has passed. The attractions are self guided, so you can move at your own pace.

There is no instructions on the open hours of the Orlando eye. We came to know only when we tried to check in on the selected time and date. Why do you guys allow customers to book on the date and time when Orlando eye doesn’t operational.
When reached out to customer service they happen to say that we can use the ticket anytime in 14 days. When we travel from far we would have planned our days out here for every activity … do you guys think that we would do multiple trips just for missing this ?. At least if we would have know that it is closed today then we would have planned other activities or theme parks on Monday & Tuesday and would have came here on other days!
Would never book again with you guys !

A wonderful ride in the sky. The Eye is a great way to get a feel for the city of Orlando. I recommend riding during the day if you want to see the sights.

Bought this from Viator about 20 mins before the scheduled time. Tickets were immediately available offline in the app, which was really seamless and convenient. The Orlando eye was a wonderful experience. We took the trip after sunset: however, I would recommend others to take it before sunset to get the most out of the views.

Be very careful ax to when you book. At present the Orlando eye is not operating on Mon and Tuesdays as it is being painted. Our booming was on a Monday. Never got to go on it

A must book while in Orlando. Seats are minimal on the ride it’s a small bench that seats about three people.

The Wheel looks and felt very sturdy, the cabins do not move around so we felt VERY safe inside. We did it at night time to view the city lights, with a cocktail in our hands :)

The Orlando Eye is far from downtown and theme parks, so the view from the top is poor. Perhaps it looks more cool in the evening, with the city lights. SEA Life is the better part of this attraction. The large aquariums full of fish, sharks, jellyfish and turtles are really impressive.

It is nothing special.. boring to be honest. Long lines, waited 2 hours to finally get though. I bought digital package but only got 2 photos. The rest they still wanted me to buy. Why?

Thank you for taking a moment to let us know about your experience at The Orlando Eye. During very busy times (especially New Year's Eve), we often experience much longer lines as many guests are trying to visit at the same time. We do limit the number each hour, but are always working to improve. The views offer different looks depending on the time of day. Local sights and theme parks during the daytime, sunsets near dusk, and possible fireworks in the evening.
As for photos, the Magic Memories team includes 2 digital photos that are included in the price of the ride ticket. They then offer others and the physical copies for purchase if a guest wants them.

Overpaid using this voucher by $60 as the line to the aquarium was over an hour wait which is very difficult for children. Perhaps allocated times would ensure everyone who purchased a voucher would gain access to the aquarium. The Orlando Eye was good but the digtal photo explanation was extremely cumbersome and confusing as the representative did a very poor job explaining the various packages and what was included in this purchased voucher.

Not much of interest to see. Pods were supposed to hold 15 people. We were in a party of 7 adults a 7 year old child and 2 babies. When getting on the ride we were told only 8 people to a pod. Our party were refused getting on together and were split up into 2pods. Would we go again. No.
