They said they picked up in buffalo ny and didn't. They notified e late the night before. I Had to get a Uber and it cost me 80.00 more which j feel the should refund me. They knew as soon as I booked it. If I knew I could have gone with a different tour grip. Viator booked it for me and also told me they would pick up from my buffalo hotel.

The entire experience was top notch, better than I expected. The tour guide was knowledgeable about Buffalo and it's history as well as the Niagara Falls State Park; including the various falls. The tour guide was a delight and so personable. The Park itself was mind blowing, water, water everywhere!

Angela was an exceptional your guide who was passionate about creating a great experience for us. She was knowledgeable about this tour as well as changing up the order of the tour based on volume of people in lines. I felt like we were on a personal tour. We received a lot of insight of the area and the history of Niagara Falls.

Best part was with our tour guide, Peter and taking pictures for us while waiting for the Maid of the Mist tour. Very nice day a little chilly and a little wet which you would expect from the Maid of the Mist and the Wind of Caves. If you are traveling to Niagara Falls New York Don't miss this wonderful tour. Highly recommend

Niagara Falls was on our bucket list and we finally made the trip. The beauty and power is spectacular. Guide was extremely knowledgeable and the tour took us to the major points much quicker than we could have gone on our own. Still plenty of time to soak it in.

Tour was canceled twice. I don't think the value of what I paid was worth it. Guide was good. David was last to be looking into a patial refund. A trolley ticket that everyone else was riding for free did not make up the difference and I should still be due a partial refund.

David was excellent tour guide! There were only a total of 6 in our group. David was very kind and courteous to my husband who is unsteady on his feet. He was helpful, encouraging and patient. He was very knowledgeable about the area and history of the Niagara falls. We learned many interesting facts. I recommend this tour and David to anyone!

We enjoyed it all! My husband & teenage son were a bit skeptical about taking a tour, but they both admitted that they had a blast! Our favorite experiences were definitely the Maid of the Mist & Cave of the Winds. The Whirlpool was really cool, too! Our tour guide, David, was very knowledgeable, & we loved the small group experience. Thank you for a great tour of Niagara Falls!!

The small group tour was a memorable experience and David, tour guide made it so. He adapted the tour to our mobility limitations and also took us on a driving tour of the area. I would highly recommend the tour and David.

The Niagara Falls All-American tour was great. Our tour director, Dave, was knowledgeable and did everything to make sure our experience was fulfilling. He ran the tour with only the 2 of us and did not cut any corners. I'd recommend this tour for everyone.

David was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and patient. We had the tour at a very relaxed pace. He did not rush us and gave us ample time at every spot to absorb the beauty of the falls as well as take plenty of pictures. He took some great pictures of our family. We could have done this tour ourselves but glad that we used the tour instead. We would have spent more time in lines rather than enjoy the beauty, had we done it ourselves. Highly recommend David!! Top choice!!

This was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide was very informative on the location, and the history of the Niagara Falls. The fine details he suggested made our tour less of a hassle with the crowds. Our ride to each location was clean and comfortable. He provided bottled water if needed as well. Not to mention the awesome family pictures he took for us to make sure we got good angles. . I would definitely recommend this tour agency.

Dave’s tour of Niagara Falls was outstanding. We saw everything we expected at a relaxed pace. Dave has broad and deep knowledge of local history, and he shares it with interesting stories. Our van was very comfortable. Touring on the weekend AFTER Labor Day meant no crowds. Dave made all arrangements and we never waited in lines. He loves his job and it shows!

The Niagara Falls All American Tour exceeded our expectations. We were in a small group of four people consisting of our daughter, her husband, my husband and myself assisted by a one friendly and knowledgeable guide. Our guide (Dave) seemed like family. He allowed us to take as much time as we wanted at each site, never making us feel rushed. We made memories that will last the remainder of our lives. The Falls is a definite must see and a small, personal tour is the way to go.
