I can’t say enough great things about Chris and his expertise in the studio! I booked a recording session for my daughter while visiting Nashville, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better producer. Chris brought an amazing vibe and was incredibly patient, making my daughter feel comfortable and confident while she was fully in her element.

We booked thru Viator and paid in advance for a 90 minute session for 2 people - a gift for my husband and daughter. The engineers and staff were friendly. The session ended after only 60 minutes and an additional charge in excess of $730 that was not anticipated.
When my husband and daughter returned they told me they had paid the additional $700+. We called Nashvox to question, the tour operator refunded the initial $190 that was supposed to cover the session, but kept the $730. The old Bait and Switch.
I cannot recommend and would warn people away. Nashvox should have honored what was charged thru Viator!

My husband and daughter did the singing and my daughter (17) said she could do that once a week and be happy. She loved it! The staff was professional, fun, and encouraging. My son and I watched and learned all about the process of mixing and recording. After the session they brought us all in and explained some of the techniques they use. It was much more than just recording. What a fabulous, hands-on way to learn about Nashville’s biggest industry. We highly recommend doing this!

It was a great time! The staff made you feel comfortable and like family. They offered us drinks which were complimentary! There were a few studio rooms to record in. They offer not only a a space to perform but updated technology to record. The staff was very knowledgeable as well. They allowed us to record several songs and even though there was technical difficulties at first, they still remained professional. The owner also offered excellent critique on vocals to make sure my voice sounded perfect and that was truly appreciated.

We came in really not knowing what we were doing! I did this on a whim for my daughter! She and I loved every second of this cool experience. She got a chance to see what it’s like to be in a recording studio! The guys were awesome! If you can carry a tune, go do this!!!

Good experience but the price is different to what I was told. Was charged $75 extra dollars for an additional song despite being told it was unlimited songs in the 90mins. We got charged additional tax on top of the Viator ticket price we have paid for in advance and were told at the end to sign a disclaimer saying the songs couldn’t be streamed on any media. Wish we had known this in advance. Good for fun but not if you want to let anyone else listen or use them for any promotion. The guys in the studio were knowledgable and nice but the day was spoilt by not being provided adequate information up front

I had an enjoyable experience, but it's unfortunate that there was a discrepancy in pricing and communication. It's important to address these issues to ensure clarity for future customers.
I paid $172 to Viator . Upon checking out at the studio , I was asked to pay tax on top of that . Also I learned the studio would only charge $123. So I paid 50% more than I should . I would appreciate an adjustment .

The actual recording session with Billy was good. My biggest disappointment was in the financial exchange. Once I prepaid on the Viator app, when I arrived I was told that i didn’t pay in full and that I owed $20 more. I tried to explain that the taxes are not listed as one of the Exclusions on the app but they took no accountability for how they set up their business on the app. I paid the $20 fee but felt that they should’ve let it go. They are not familiar with Viator and they rarely check it or anticipate receiving customers through the app. Therefore, they never replied to my message until I was standing in front of him pointing it out.

It was a fun experience, I just thought they would take a little time to make a decent track for you. I can't sing like a professional lol but I think that they could have pieced together better parts of the song I sang. I know there were better parts they were pointed out to me and I feel like I it was rushed and thrown together.
