The guide was extremely knowledgeable. The ruins are fascinating and a great way to spend a half-day. The tour begins early, so you still have time to visit Napoli. The bus was new and punctual. Alex speaks like five languages, and both employees were friendly and helpful..

Needs to be more organized

The part where we got to see Pompeii was great but the tour itself had major flaws. It was unorganized. The ride back was a huge ordeal because most of our group was I guess continuing to amalfi but 8 people were going back to Napoli and that became a major issue. Our guide left is with someone else, the bus driver didn’t want to drive only 8 people back. Fought with the “new guide” the whole way back. Overall was not a pleasant experience. I would go to Pompeii with another group unfortunately.
