Knowledgeable guide William was his name. Very patient with us being first time in a kyack. A wonderful two hours well spent!

Great trip with our fantastic guide, William. Good paddle for adults and young teens, a nice break to walk the beach and find amazing shells.

Our group of 8 had a great time on this kayak tour! William, our guide, was skilled and knowledgeable. Everything was so easy and laid back. We got to see dolphins! Lots of good memories made!

Gentry was an excellent guide.
He’s very knowledgeable and tailored the trip to our preferences.
The shells on barefoot beach and mandrake grove were beautiful.
He even routed us to get a closer look at a dolphin and her calf he spotted.
He knew the water current and tides well enough to allow us to travel with the current.
Highly recommend this even for beginners!

Gentry our guide was on time, friendly, very helpful and super knowledgeable about the wildlife and different mangroves that we seen. The different birds he pointed out were beautiful.
I never been on a kayak before and the waters were very calm. We seen 2 sharks, a manatee, a pod of Dolphins swimming and all sorts of fish.
The best part was when we went to Barefoot Beach and found small queen conch shells and sand dollars.
I appreciated that Gentry showed up on time and worked with all of our different abilities.
I would highly recommend this tour. Make sure you book for first tour in the morning because the sun can be brutal. Also, tip your guide well.
Thank you Gentry! We will see you again soon!

This was awesome. The tour went through mangrove tunnels and really felt magical. We saw manatees and dolphins pretty close to us. Loved every second. Thanks Gentry!

Our guide, Gentry, added a nice amount of information about some of the birds we saw and the mangrove plants. He was very knowledgeable about the waterway we were on and allotted time for us to walk a bit at the beach.

I was expecting an adventure winding through mangrove trees. The mangrove tunnel very short and a dead end path. Was advised this time of year (February) too cold for manatees and they are further up river. Did see lots of birds and it was peaceful (once we left the group as we were grouped with women who were more interested in the guide's life than the wildlife)

This is not advertised as a manatee tour and there is no guarantee that you will see manatees as the website states. We let you know as well before booking the tour that a better chance of seeing manatees would be up in the orange river to the north. Also the guide informed me that you split off from the tour group and went off on your own. This isn’t acceptable as you could’ve gotten lost. Next time if you don’t want to be potentially slowed down by a small group of people you’re with on the tour, I would advise booking a PRIVATE tour instead of a group tour Next time and I would recommend booking a private tour with a manatee company that can guarantee seeing them this time of year. Also just getting a kayak rental sounds like something you should’ve gotten instead since you paddled away from the group on your own and could’ve gotten lost.

We had a great time kayaking through the mangroves. Seeing the dolphin and the little crabs in their natural habitat was a remarkable experience. Thank you Jennifer for a memorable day!

Jennifer was a great guide! Very informative about the environment and the wildlife that we encountered. The mangroves were fun to paddle through and Barefoot Beach was beautiful. Would definitely go back!

She was great she calmed my nerves it’s a great experience I would recommend this to anyone but not have done this before

Our whole adventure began with guide Jennifer sending us text messages with specific information as to her location and how to be prepared for the tour. After arriving we were greeted and set up in our kayaks (we chose individual but two- or three-person kayaks are available). Jennifer then led us on the tour while providing much information about manatees (one surfaced near us), other creatures and the mangroves. Beautiful two hours on the water.

Jennifer was amazing she catered to us as we had different ages with us. She made our experience a very nice one thanks Jennifer

Jennifer was a great knowledgeable guide. Beautiful wildlife, kayaking and shelling. A highlight for us

It was a very leisurely tour paddling in the mangrove tunnels and over oyster beds. We saw a few dolphins and a lot of beautiful bird varieties. Our guide was very informative and helpful. My only complaint was the group was too big ( 12 kayaks ) so we often couldn’t hear her. There was one spot where the mangrove tunnel was narrow Only 6 kayaks could go in at a time. While one group was in the Mangroves the other group just paddled around aimlessly for about 20 minutes.

The tour was nice and our tour guide was great and knowledgeable of the area. It was our first time kayaking and it really was a lot of work to paddle. We enjoyed it which ultimately is what matters most.

Great guide with lots of environmental info . Two hours were fine as even though we know how to kayak the hands can get a bit blistered . Wearing kayak glove would be good. They were very accommodating to get us a time we preferred .

Jennifer is an excellent, informative guide. This was my first kayaking experience but not my last. I will definitely book with Jennifer again.

Jennifer was an excellent guide. She was engaging and responsive to questions and very informative about the flora and fauna. We particularly enjoyed the tranquil glide through the mangrove tunnel.

Kayaking the waterways near Wiggins Pass and Barefoot beach is an awesome experience with a knowledgeable guide like Jennifer. She talked about the waterways, plant life, marine life and environment during our tour. She was truly a pleasure to travel and paddle with- highly recommend this tour.

This kayak tour takes you down a small section of the Gordon River, through a peaceful mangrove tunnel, and then across Wiggin’s Pass, where you can stretch your legs with a quick walk on the Sandy beach. This is easy paddling with a knowledgeable and friendly guide who shares information about the mangroves and natural life in the waters you’re kayaking. This was a wonderful way for us as a fifty something, thirty something and two teenagers to spend two hours together. Highly recommend!

Jennifer was very knowledgeable and experienced. She told us a lot of information about the area and about the birds, fish and animals native to southwest Florida. Would recommend

My friend and I had a great kayaking experience with Jennifer! She was so knowledgeable and pleasant. Even as I was planning our adventure, Jennifer was quick to reply to texts and questions.
The mangrove was beautiful. Our most memorable part of the 2 hours was seeing a bald eagle.
Thank you, Jennifer, for a great experience!
