We are so glad we decided to do this boat tour. From beginning to end, it was very professional, clean, well attended, and the crew very personable. We of course had a beautiful day out on the water which made it perfect. The information shared was fun and informative. We would definitely recommend others do it as well.

We have taken this cruise MANY times and it's always been great. Today was a very different experience. For the beginning part of the cruise no information was given on the way out to Port Royal, once getting to Port Royal we did not go in the chanel. The Captain just pointed from a far the Big Dog boat and then we circled around and he pointed out some other homes then went into the Gulf. His tone was very monotone the entire time and there was no enthusiasm in his voice whatsoever. The worst cruise we have ever gone on with Pure Florida and we bring all our guests on this cruise. We will not be doing this any longer. When getting off the boat, the captain was there and my husband was saying how terrible this cruise was and how the captain did such a horrible job with it all and the captain yells to him, "Thank you and NEVER COME BACK." Then tells my husband, "GO MAKE SOMEONE ELSES LIFE MISERABLE".
How very unprofessional of the captain and uncomfortable for his staff also!! This cruise is not worth the money spent and we would NOT recommend it anymore. It has definitely changed and not worth a dime.

If have someone in a wheelchair , that add the ramp , let you board first BUT offer no help in pushing up the ramp ! Young men were very nice

I have been taking this tour for over a decade but will not do it again. The staff was terrific and this is not a reflection on them: Josh, Renee, Zach knowledgeable and pleasurable. The problem is we use to go in the inlets and see many more homes and get A Lot more information. Now we are no longer permitted to go in the inlets because of new Ownership of the Double Sunshine. So the new owner is limiting the tour but Raised the Price! Seems counterintuitive to me. It pains me to say this but that was probably my last tour unless things change back!

Nice ride around the marina to see all the homes. We did see dolphins but that was it for wildlife due to the time of year. The boat was nice and staff were friendly.

Was awesome. Has no idea how ritzy Naples is and this tour showed off the beauty of Naples and also the glitz. Was part real estate tour. Super fun to follow along with Zillow. Guides were funny, knowledgeable and entertaining. Comfortable and easy boat. Just the right amount of time.
