You'll see plenty of gators, the captain is very friendly and informative. You'll see the noses of Manatees.

The water is very muddy and low visibility. We saw 3 manatees and they were not very visible. You will ride a boat around inside a marina and it’s not a great view. Captain was very nice and polite.

Our captain was rude when I only had 10 on me I didn’t bring my purse on the boat wasn’t sure what to expect as far as getting wet ect I figured the $300 was plénty for me an my 3 grandkids I didn’t know about gratuity I told him I didn’t bring my purse he followed me an kept saying rude stuff about wow 10$ for 4 ppl ? Well 300 for a hour ride an 2 lil siteings is crazy also .

Good afternoon, we apologize for the rude comments. Any statements negatively made about tips are never ok and we will speak to the captain about this. It is stated on the booking page that gratuities are not included, and we have signs posted on the boat. So, the information is there for guests knowledge. Additionally, we are able to put a tip on a credit card in the case you do not have cash.

Our guide was friendly, funny and knew where to find manatees. The boat and group size is small enough so that everyone can easily see everything. While it is technically in the Everglades, the tour takes place mostly in the canals of the town. As a result, there is not a lot of wildlife or birds, other than the manatees and alligators that hang along the edges of the canal. (You do get good views of the beautiful homes with expansive lanais along the canals!) And if manatees are on your bucket list, this is a cost-effective, comfortable and easy-going way to see them.

Great manatee sightseeing tour. Friendly and knowledgeable guide. Comfortable boat and seating small groups of 6 people per boat. Guide provided polarized lenses to help with photos and sightseeing. Saw plenty of manatees and gators.

It is apparently off season in March. We finally saw one breech for maybe 2 seconds and that was all. Nice guide. Would not recommend.

Small boat to make it easier to get in close. Additional benefit is groups are small. Polaroids are provided and enhance the view underwater substantially. Bring a Polaroid attachment for your camera if you want to take photos.

The Captain was friendly, professional and well informed but the tour itself is a waste of time and money. You are motored around a subdiivision with homes on the water. The manatees hang out under the boat docks in people's backyards. The water is very murkey. You can make out their shapes but can't see them clearly. We did see a smalll (3-4 ft) alligator sunning itself in someone's backyard. That was pretty much it for the "wild life".

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. Unfortunately we can’t control where the manatees go, and sometimes they do hang out under the docks. The water is stained a tea color from the tannic acid from the mangroves. It’s actually very clean water, but sometimes a cloudy day can stunt visibility. We provide polarized sunglasses to better see through the water for this reason. We are glad you did see the wildlife as advertised, but apologize it wasn’t the best view.

Don’t expect too much. We saw 2 manatees only and not very clear. Not a lot of information on manatees was given to us. Very disappointed.

Captain Glenn does not disappoint. He is always thinking of his guests and their satisfaction. He made sure we saw alligators and manatees. We had a great view of mother and baby together. Captain Glenn is friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great time on his boat!!

Fun, low-key, informative, entertaining. Captain Storm kept us smiling during our ride through the inlet. I say low-key because the boat was at low speed or at an soft idle throughout our tour. No need to bring a windbreaker due to boat speed.

We enjoyed a beautiful day out on the water! Captain Storm was very informative as well as funny and entertaining. We saw several manatees, including a mother and her calf. We also caught a couple of alligators sunbathing and some beautiful birds. Overall it was a wonderful experience!
