I took my grandfather, mother, and sister on this tour. Captain Chris was our tour guide and he was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and super kind. I highly recommend this tour for anybody visiting the area that would like to experience the beautiful wildlife and nature that Southwest Florida has to offer.

This was a great tour! Captain John was funny and informative. He made sure we saw manatee and other wildlife! We would do another trip with him or this tour company again!
You may not actually see any manatees. If you do, it’s only for a brief moment. It’s still a nice boat ride and pretty scenery.
Captain Joe was wonderful! He worked with a drone operater to locate 3 manatees. We also saw egrets, herons, and 2 alligators.

We saw some aligators but no manatees , just a very Little Peace of Body . And all in all it was not so interesting for us
Apparently Manatee sightings are rare during the summer and into September and October. Also, the tannins from the mangrove trees turned the water black which made any sightings even more difficult. The information provided did not mention any of this to educate customers. As a result, our experience became a very expensive boat ride. No fault to the boat captain he tried his best considering the circumstances.

Good morning, we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed that you did not see manatees during your tour. Despite utilizing a drone to help locate them from above, manatees can sometimes be difficult to find. As with any wildlife experience, sightings are unpredictable and can never be guaranteed, regardless of the time of year.
Regarding the water conditions, the naturally occurring tannins from the surrounding mangroves give the water its characteristic brown color year-round. All of the photos featured in our advertisements are taken directly from our tours and accurately reflect the environment in which guests can expect to view wildlife. We also provide polarized sunglasses to help reduce glare and improve visibility into the water.
While we certainly understand the disappointment of not spotting a manatee, our tours are designed to offer an opportunity to explore the beautiful Everglades ecosystem and encounter wildlife in its natural habitat. We appreciate you recognizing your captain’s efforts, as our team works incredibly hard to provide the best possible experience for every guest.
We really loved our trip with Wes. Although we didn’t get to see any Manatees we really enjoyed the boat ride. We did get to have a bottlenose dolphin follow us in our wake for about 10-15 minutes which was fun! Wes had a great personality and was very informative. We hope we get the opportunity of visiting again to get a chance to finally see a manatee! We would highly recommend this trip even just for the boat ride through the gorgeous piece of the everglades!
A great trip, pur guide Dallas was very informative and was a great host. We saw a manatee close up and Dallas was great at getting close to it but not so that it impeded the manatee. A great trip, wr would recommend
Captain Dallas was great and we saw a manatee up close and for quite a while. Also saw alligators. Very enjoyable experience.
Captain Dallas was great. Good guide and found all of the water critters easily, but it was hard to really see the manatees due to water visibility and distance. That’s the only downfall. Also felt like half price was a bit excessive for a baby under 3 months old but so be it on that because I did agree to pay it. Captain offered fan and toy for baby if needed. Good, kind gesture.
We had a no see and missed the manatees. We thought that might be a possibility. The boat ride was great and fun to be on the water. Dallas is a great tour guide.

Paul was great! We saw manatees and a baby shark. History and information was shared throughout the tour. The boat was relaxed and accommodating.
We enjoyed the fact it this tour was for small groups, and actually ended up just being the three of us! Great calm ride, and Dallas was very knowledgeable about the Manatee’s, wildlife and area in general.
We did see several Manatees, and even a Mom with her calf!
Also spotted one alligator! Definitely recommend this excursion!
Our guide (Andy) was wonderful. Andy was experienced in her knowledge of the wildlife in the area. She made our boat tour very memorable. We will be coming back with the rest of our family real soon.
Our boat Captain, Joe, was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the manatees and crocodiles. We not only learned a lot but had the joy of seeing the manatees and crocodiles in their habitat. It was so much fun!
You'll see plenty of gators, the captain is very friendly and informative. You'll see the noses of Manatees.
The water is very muddy and low visibility. We saw 3 manatees and they were not very visible. You will ride a boat around inside a marina and it’s not a great view. Captain was very nice and polite.

We apologize for the conditions this day, it was very windy causing the water to be mucked up making visibility difficult. It is not usually like this. We are sorry your sightings were not optimal due to the weather.
We luckily saw a manatee during our time. Our guide was pleasant and did his best to find us something to see.
Captain Chriswas very knowledgeable about the local wildlife. We saw manatees, stingrays, alligators and tons of birds. I would recommend this tour.
Captain Paul was terrific. He was very knowledgeable and happy to communicate with children. He answered a million questions!
Our captain was rude when I only had 10 on me I didn’t bring my purse on the boat wasn’t sure what to expect as far as getting wet ect I figured the $300 was plénty for me an my 3 grandkids I didn’t know about gratuity I told him I didn’t bring my purse he followed me an kept saying rude stuff about wow 10$ for 4 ppl ? Well 300 for a hour ride an 2 lil siteings is crazy also .

Good afternoon, we apologize for the rude comments. Any statements negatively made about tips are never ok and we will speak to the captain about this. It is stated on the booking page that gratuities are not included, and we have signs posted on the boat. So, the information is there for guests knowledge. Additionally, we are able to put a tip on a credit card in the case you do not have cash.
Great experience, Captain Dallas was knowledgeable and fun, weather was beautiful and we saw manatees, alligators and even a crocodile! Highly recommend.
Our guide was friendly, funny and knew where to find manatees. The boat and group size is small enough so that everyone can easily see everything. While it is technically in the Everglades, the tour takes place mostly in the canals of the town. As a result, there is not a lot of wildlife or birds, other than the manatees and alligators that hang along the edges of the canal. (You do get good views of the beautiful homes with expansive lanais along the canals!) And if manatees are on your bucket list, this is a cost-effective, comfortable and easy-going way to see them.

Great manatee sightseeing tour. Friendly and knowledgeable guide. Comfortable boat and seating small groups of 6 people per boat. Guide provided polarized lenses to help with photos and sightseeing. Saw plenty of manatees and gators.
It is apparently off season in March. We finally saw one breech for maybe 2 seconds and that was all. Nice guide. Would not recommend.

Good morning, we are sorry the sightings were not great on your tour. March is not off season, we actually have manatees year round. Wildlife is unpredictable and cannot be guaranteed. We are sorry it did not cooperate for you.
We only saw one manatee but was a nice boat ride and saw several alligators and some birds and mangrove trees.
Nice 90 minutes on the water. Capt Storm is very knowledgeable and knows where to look for the manatees even on a warm day like we had.
