Our experience was far from perfect. Picked up at 3:40 am (not 5 am as advertised), we boarded a regular sized coach, already very full, and had to sit in the very back. Our guide did not speak English and offered absolutely no guidance or insights. This was definitely not a small guided tour. Very disappointed.

We would like to clarify that the 5:00 a.m. time refers to the start of the activity. As this is a service that includes transportation, pickup times may vary depending on the location of the hotel. In your case, as your hotel was located in a more distant area, the pickup was scheduled earlier.
Additionally, at the time of booking, you were sent a message with the approximate pickup time, which was not modified afterward.
We sincerely regret the inconveniences related to the vehicle capacity and your experience with the guide, especially regarding the language barrier and the lack of information during the tour. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.
We take this type of feedback very seriously and will use it to improve our service.

It was a beautiful trip. Our guide Gabriel told use stories about the spots we were passing, have us good recommendations and he was so kind. We translated everything always in English and Spanish. I was 15 minutes late at pick up time but Gabriel waited for me and didn’t leave though they only give a 5 minute grace period. I’m so grateful and he gave us plenty time for each activity though I would have wished to spend more time in todo santos.

Manny was our tour operator. He was very knowledgeable about places we were passing and visiting. We enjoyed the beaches, lunch in La Paz and going to todos santos to see Hotel California. all in all a great tour.

It was a shuttle ride to the areas, not really a tour and everyone else spoke Spanish with very little English although I requested a English speaking tour guide( he did provide some directions re what time to retun to the shuttle sometimes but spent most of the time wondering what he was saying in Spanish. I have been to the areas so I kind of knew what was going on. The lunch was ok but not recommended.
One positive was that we arrived and left areas on time. I would book another service in the future as it was not worth the 4am wake up time and getting back after 6pm.

Not worth time and money. A long day sitting in the car for 7+ hrs with plenty of it stuck in heavy traffic. Seats in car uncomfortable with vertical backrests. Airplane seats are better. Crammed with seating for 15 in what looks like a full sized minivan with bubble roof.
Driver provided snacks for the ride: bottled water that tasted from plastic, soggy sandwiches, apples and a few bananas.

1st stop 2hrs at Balandra beach. it's nice and unusal in a bay with hip deep water very calm and clean water. Chairs and umbrellas for Xtra$. The few free pallapas right at edge of the water casting shade onto wet sand. At 8am already crowded. A short 1/4mile hike up to a Vista point was the viewing highlight of the trip.
Driving to another beach (1hr) in San jose. Pointless stop, nothing pretty, just killing time. Not much to see or explore either.
Next stop lunch near promenade. Good plentiful fish tacos i had selected from 4 offered options w drink (some berry juice)
Next stop after a short but more stop and go driving to another spot near promenade a few 100yrds from lunch spot with visit to jewelery store with 5 min presentation about pearls. Then 1hr on your own to wander around an uninspiring and quite boring san jose promenade along the water. Not much to see, some souvenir and jewelry shops, a few restaurants, ice cream shops and pharmacies. No guidance from driver as to what one should go check out, history or anything relevant.
Long drive back thru Central San jose with heavy traffic towards Todos Santos.
There is nothing magical about this town. Not a sleepy fisherman's town at the ocean as i expected (based on the "magic" word in tour description) instead a 1/4 mile stretch of mostly souvenir and jewelry stores, some restaurants. Nothing that stoke my interest and again no guidance by the driver as to what one should see to make this stop worth considering.
Pickup at hotel at 4am was timely. Depending on where you are in the pickup sequence expect over 1hr for everyone to be on board. Similar for drop off in evening, 5pm for me.
Driver was very nice and professional but with a workschelue pushing his limits.
Supposedly started around 2am and likely got home after 7pm with less than 7 hrs to rest and maybe even having to prepare for next day with same tour. That is a safety concern for everyone in the van and could easily be adressesd by alternating drivers between lon and short trips.

We operate with rotating schedules between long and short tours, as the safety, rest, and well-being of both our staff and our passengers are a top priority for us.

Good day trip! Bring water shoes for your stop at Balandra beach if you want to walk over to the mushroom through the ocean. Rocky with sting rays and jelly fish. The second stop could have been shorter - not a lot to do unless you’re drinking at 10 am. La Paz was great. Lunch was delicious, but a view would have been nice for our one day in La Paz. Tour company needs make sure all seat belts are working. I know Mexico is more relaxed, but it’s a very long drive. Nice to feel safe. :)

Excellent experience visiting Balandra beach, with crystal clear water and schools of fish swimming around you, vibrant city of La Paz with its miles-long malecón and Coromuel beach, and the Magic Town of Todos Santos with the iconic Hotel California (even if the hotel itself was closed for renovations, there is access to most parts of the inner courtyard)!

These beaches were not beautiful! The first one only came to your knees and was small. The second was almost in an industrial area. There was no time to experience the towns before you had to be back. Driver blamed music in van

They tried to do too much in too little time.
We left at 4:00 am and got home at 7:30. It was a very long day.
Our leader Gabriel was very nice and accommodating. He always made sure to tell us in English what he had just said in Spanish.

Fantastic time! 100000% worth it. This is the tour to do if you want to get away from the nose-up, expensive Los Cabo(s) (there are two of them!), and get to the real Baja California Sur. La Paz is magical and I would choose it over the Los Cabos easily. Todos Santos was an amazing small village that I believe everyone needs to see if you make it all the way down there. Our pick-up was at 3:30am- IT IS WORTH IT!!! Just sleep in the van, otherwise, you will not see these secret, amazing parts of the peninsula. Our guide, Manual, was not only a literal "manual" on the history and info of the locations, but we connected and spoke to each other on a friend-level and he is really an amazing dude. I recommend this experience for DAY ONE for anyone COMING DOWN THE PENINSULA!

So we were picked up at 4:20 AM in a van, which is equivalent to a van you would use to transport equipment in and was absolutely awful to sit in for hours at a time.
Our driver was actually our guide and even though he was absolutely sweet spoke little to no English. This is actually truly a Spanish speaking event. And it is not a Tour because he does not explain anything about anywhere we go. It was literally just a driver.
Otherwise, we had a nice time exploring Belanger Beach but it was too long for 2 1/2 hours. So bring your beach stuff. Then we drove to another beach, which was nice and had a little drink there. We eventually ended in La Paz where we got to stay for lunch and walked around the city for about an hour. And finally, we ended up in Toto Santos and had only an hour to discover that area.
It was a nice tour to get out of the coos area, but the van was pretty awful to sit in for such long periods of time and it’s literally just a driver driving you around. Don’t expect any dialogue.

Had a great experience on this trip. The host was very friendly and even though my friend and I were the only ones who didn't speak Spanish, he still translated everything for us. It was not city tours...they drop you off in the shopping area for an hours at each place. Balandra Beach is not a beach, its a nature preserve and has no accommodations for visitors. It does have a warning sign that stingrays may be in the water. The van was the worse ride Ive had a a while. Back and sides hurt so much next day. Food terrible.

Suggestion: 2hrs at Balandra Beach is too long. 1 hr there and an extra hour in Todo Santos.

Going to new parts of Baja California that I would not visit by myself was fun. I would've liked the reservation to remind bringing swimming and snorkel gear. I had a swimsuit, but no towel or gear. Snorkeling would have made the time at the beaches more fun.

Our group of 6 had an awesome time! We had an early start of 445am but it was totally worth it! We hit Balandra Beach before it got too crowded, then another small nice beach, walked around La Paz and Todos Santos for a bit then back to Cabo by 5pm. Our driver was also super nice and spoke both English and Spanish for the group of 10 travelers. Would highly recommend this tour!

Our driver was fantastic, and we loved all the places we visited.
My only problems were that we fell behind schedule, so we really had to rush through our last few stops, and we returned back to our resort later than planned leading to a very, very long day.
