Showed up at scheduled time only to find an empty place. Not an employee to be found anywhere. Turned around and left.

Did you go to the correct address?Did you even call us?
I have checked the booking system and see an Amy N booked for two people 3/20 a Friday at 5pm.
As you can imagine 5pm on a Friday is prime time for an amusement business. We of course were here with bells on full blown rocking and rolling multiple attractions in our 7k sq ft facility With full staff.
If you were outside a business I guarantee you it was not ours. I'm guessing you went to 4801 an old address that had our other location over 2 years ago.
Your review could not be further from the truth. It's so wrong and unjust. It's a shame that we even have to reply to such nonsense.
The address and phone number were right on the booking ticket.

Anyone can do it and if they can’t they will have a lot of fun trying. The hour goes by so fast! It’s just a target but all kind of games like Battleship, TicTacToe, Rock, Paper Scissors, and more. The owner/attendant was so helpful and could not have done more to make sure we had a great time. Highly recommend.

Super fun and safe! Lots of instruction given to those who are first ones. Recommend to anyone wanting something different to do. This was our second time there and everyone is personable and knowledgeable! Well worth the time spent!

First time doing axe throwing and it was sooooooo much fun. Justin, the coach was helpful and encouraging. When we are back in this area, we would definitely come back and do this again.
