Beautiful locale, exciting paddling

Gorgeous scenery and paddleboarding through rapids…the perfect combination! Unlike flat-water paddling, the paddle is used more as a guiding rudder than as a propulsion device as the river carries you through the rapids. We loved it!

Great trip - but bring water with you!

We had an amazing trip down the Colorado! Our guide, Ben, was really fantastic and did such a great job of making the trip fun and safe for all 4 members of our group. He was very knowledgable, a great teacher, and made sure we all had a blast. The only issue we had was that the Viator website listed this trip as including snacks, so we didn't bring any water with us. Once we got to our guide, he told us we needed water - he was awesome at helping us find the water, but it would've been easier to have just come prepared. All in all, it was super easy to book, super fun, and we are so glad that we did it!

I booked a full day rafting trip but there weren’t enough people so they offered the Splash and Splash. I wasn’t comfortable with a SUP. They accommodated me with an inflatable personal kayak. It was perfect. The guide and all other staff were knowledgeable, fun and the group(3) was small enough that we actually got to know each other. The excursion itself is not a big white water adventure so if that’s what you’re looking for this isn’t it. It is however the perfect mix of float and a few fun rapids. Paddle Moab is a smaller shop with more personal touches. There are lots of choices in Moab. I would choose them every time and hope others will too.

Was only person who had signed up for Splish and Splash that morning and really appreciated Josh still taking me out! Great introduction to white water... had such a fun time! Worth every penny!!
