Good Parliament tour but a little disappointed
The Parliament tour was very good and Westminster Abbey was good too however the Abbey was closed and we were not notified ahead of time, so we just toured around the outside and didn’t get to see the inside at all Both tour guides were good, but again very disappointed to not see the Abbey because that is one of the things we signed up for.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable
We toured both Westminster Abby and Parliament. Our tour guide Richard was knowledgeable and pleasant. He provided detailed info on both tours. Only drawback is that the Abby was very crowded and it was difficult to hear him at times.

Easy breezy
My photographer SR was quick and efficient, patient with my elderly mom and the kids. He gave great pose suggestions and the pictures looked beautiful. He suggested a better time than what I picked so that the lighting would be better. No regrets. Very satisfied!
