This was my favourite tour in London. Riveting storytelling provided by a great guide (ironically named Jack), this was such a great way to reacquaint myself with what happened and learn new things along the way. Highly recommend

Great tour - Arne (our guide) spoke perfect English, thank you! We enjoyed learning the truth regarding the women who were killed. It was a nice tour around the town. Also appreciated how we were given the option to look away if the photos were too graphic. Very tastefully done.

Curiosity Well Spent

Barbara_C, Sep 2026
Martin is knowledgeable, communicates well and offers an easy, well planned walk for a modern day investigation into who was Jack the Ripper.

Learned some interesting stuff we hadn't known.

Liz_N, Aug 2026
It's a REALLY long walk. Our tour guide was very dedicated to minutia. We learned fun stuff like the basis for the saying "waking up hung over."

Our tourguide, Julia, had lots of information to share during the tour, including many pictures. She was very kind, social and approachable for questions. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting London!

Hot walk but fascinating tour!

Amanda_W, Aug 2026
Arne, our tour guide from the Netherlands, was very informative and we learnt such a lot about the social history as much as on JTR and his victims. It was very hot (9th October - during heatwave) and the 2 hours of walking / standing was demanding especially as Arne was a fairly fast walker! We worked out it was around 3 miles walking in total. We would have liked more opportunity to ask questions - no time during tour, really - only had a minute or so at end as Arne had to leave and start another tour after ours. Overall, it was definitely worth the money and I’ve since ordered “The Five” book Arne recommended!

This was a very entertaining and interesting tour. Our guide, Julia, was great. We learned a lot about Linda n how n the 1800’s.

Awesome history and tour!

Jack was awesome and kept everyone engaged the whole time. The tour was well organized and the timeline of events were explained in great detail. Again Jack was amazing and our family listening the whole time! Definitely would recommend this tour when in London.

Interesting Tour

Torri_M, Jul 2026
We had a great time on this tour. Our guide, Ivan, was knowledgeable and shared several interesting details about the Jack the Ripper case that we hadn't heard before. My only suggestion would be to spend a little more time walking closer to some of the key locations and pointing them out in greater detail. At times, it was difficult to fully appreciate the significance of certain sites from where we were standing. Overall, it was a fun and engaging experience. I especially enjoyed walking through Whitechapel and the City of London in late evening and learning more about one of history's most infamous unsolved mysteries. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone interested in the case.

Great tour from the victim's viewpoint

Lesly_G, Jul 2026
Great tour with a knowledgeable guide. I would highly recommend. Please note: for people with mobility issues this might be too much walking on uneven ground.

Mediocre at best

Sarah_C, Jul 2026
While the information was good, our guide rushed us to each stop and then explained quickly what she wanted to tell us before walking to the next point. People in our group struggled to keep up and missed anything that was said on the way. There was no microphone or headphones to hear. Missed a lot of info there were other guides that spoke up way louder. Wish we had one of those instead. She also ended our tour 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. Said she had to hurry to another tour. Very disappointed she didn’t want to put the time and effort into our tour.

Great tour

Tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. Did this tour with my daughter who is 14. Highly recommend this tour

Amazing experience

Matt_J, Jul 2026
Nick was absolutely amazing. He gave us so much information and was super animated and kept us entertained the whole time. I learned so many things I never knew about the case from him. I would recommend this tour to anyone that has even the slightest bit of interest in Jack the Ripper or even the biggest enthusiest.

Great Jack the Ripper tour

JEFFREY_B, Jun 2026
This was an interesting tour that followed the carnage of Jack the Ripper. Our tour guide Milton was very informative and provided background information about many of the suspects. Be advised that Milton walks very fast and didn't always wait for us slower walkers. We eventually caught up, but it was a challenge.

Great Macabre Walking Tour

Doug_C, Jun 2026
A very good tour with good historical details provided by our tour guide Gabby. A nice easy walk as well. It kept me rivetter and I had just got off the plane from the Transatlantic flight.

Fantastic Tour and Guide Arne

KSENIA_B, May 2026
Excellent tour. Our guide Arne was fun and knowledgeable. I highly recommend. The way the facts about Jack the Ripper were presented really made me think about history of London.

The Whitechapel Murders Explained

mikeandmarilyn25, May 2026
This is an incredible walking tour through the streets of the Whitechapel district of London. Our guide did a superb job of explaining the “actual” evidence surrounding this unsolved mystery while dismissing many false claims which have been presented over time. Leaving the door open to individuals to make their own conclusions. This was how tours of this type should be conducted! This is not for the faint hearted. We covered a large area in a limited amount of time, so be prepared to put your steps in. This tour is highly recommend!

Gabby Rocks! ⭐️⭐️

Karen_G, May 2026
Gabby was amazing! I learned so much and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Highly recommended! My son said it was the highlight of our trip to London.

The tour guide was...

Josephine_R, May 2026
The tour guide was informative and gave us a very good insight into the 5 victims of Jack the Ripper. Unfortunately due to the modernisation of the area, it was difficult to visualise the area of the attacks. The walking pace was quite brisk & although the guide stopped at each relevant site, it was a struggle for some of the older participants to keep up.

Jack the ripper with Gabby

Travis_S, May 2026
Gabby was very knowledgeable and passionate. The 2 hour tour flew by and took me to places in London i never have thought to go to.

The Mystery Remains

Alistair_D, May 2026

Great experience but prepare for a lot of walking. Very immersive experience. You learn a lot about and questions answered if you have any. We had a great time!
