Excellent place, great food,good service, only inside, there is mo terrace or outdoor seating, clean
Whilst our experience was wonderful, the venue did not have our booking on their system. I don’t know who was at fault, probably Viator so I do hope they get their payment!
Our server, food and experience was fabulous. We had booked a set menu-the desert wasn’t available so an alternative was arranged, which was even better than the original!
Got seated straight away ( skipped the line) Food choices were good and overall good value for money.
It was amazing and Viator’s process made it very easy and reliable. It’s an awesome App to schedule all events and excursions. Dry dependable. Live it!!!
We have done this meal all over the world & the quality is definitely going down. The service was fast & the food was warm. The portion for the pasta was adequate. We shared 1 dessert & took 1 with us. I was extremely disappointed when I opened the box & there only the brownie no little cup of whipped cream or chocolate syrup.

Table was ready as scheduled. The Staff was very nice and went an extra mile to make this a tremendous experience. It was our daughter's birthday and she just loved it! Thanks to all the staff specially to Ricardo at Hard Rock Lisbon!
The experience exceeded our expectations from hard rock Lisbona.
Every thing was perfect but the special treatment we had from the manager of the place was beyond our expectations.
The restaurant was very crowded and our order was delayed due to some error.
I called one of the hosts and explained to them that our meal did not arrive on time.
They reacted very fast to resolve the issue and our meal came immediately.
The manager came to our table apologising for the delay and insisted in making all our drinks on the restaurant.
That was real generosity and real responsibility from a professional manager.

The menu, though limited was good. The food was hot and tasty. I would highly suggest making recommendations in advance, although they are not necessary to dine at this location.
The environment and the food were very nice. The service was very slow. However, I rate it as a very good experience.
Lovely place but the gap between table and bench is far too small, your tummy is touching the table and you feel crammed in.
Good and drinks are fine our waiter was very attentive he told my friend to sit at end of table and brought a chair for him, then another came and said you cannot sit there you are blocking a passage…. Increase the gap 4-5 cans it would make one heck of a difference
Only memories I have are ones I prefer not to share. From beginning to end just not a great experience.

Excellent place to eat if you need a hamburger fix, good service and good food
It was quite large and so we were upstairs. The music was a bit too loud. I enjoyed the London one better, smaller, more quaint, music not as loud. The service here in Lisbon was great.
Atmosphere is warm and colorful,. food and beverage is great. Servers and manager are friendly and humourous. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our meal at the Hard Rock. Menu was nice, but we did add drinks and apps for an additional cost. No lines to wait in.
the food was good as always but there were some problems with the voucher. you must present the printed version. I didn't have it with me, so I have to promise to give it to them in the next day.
dinner was good, not a haute cuisine or typical local dish but I liked it. Booked dinner on Friday cause we tthought there was a band playing. Unfortunately there was a DJ with music from the 80's. Can't complain at all about the location, food and atmosphere. It was crowded with tourists but for me no problem.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Hard Rock Cafe in Lisbon. We were given a table straight away on the upper level and the food choice and quanity excellent value for money. The atmosphere was fantastic and as two women travelling alone we felt very safe eating there, and indeed walking around Lisbon in the evening and using the Metro system. Would highly recommend anybody booking this before their trip - it saved us hunting for somewhere to eat when we hadnt explored the city further.

Het eten was lekker en veel, maar op het einde moesten we nog 10 euro extra betalen voor het menu, terwijl we enkel de gerechten van het diamond menu genomen hebben.
