When I had first booked this place it was for me and my female family members. I’m not going to lie it was pretty good distance away from the strip and it was nerve wracking. However they were pretty accommodating to me adjusting the time and date we went. I had booked it two days before I actually ended up showing up to the spa place. They were welcoming truthfully. But we weren’t aware of needing to undress to get the message and it was harder for them to communicate that well. Nonetheless we did and it was smooth sailing. I enjoyed the environment and message. I honestly felt the person who did message me worked some magic and it was so relaxing. I saw all the bad reviews and it made me extremely nervous but we took a chance. I’m so glad we did. It was the highlight of our trip. One thing I will say that everyone pointed out was their pressure for a tip and I was a little taken aback but the tip wasn’t bad and honestly money well spent. They offered us tea and water as we left and I would definitely go there again.

This was one experience that I don't have to go to again. Be prepared for all the extra things they want you to buy to add onto your service. They didn't not honor that we requested 2 female masseurs. The massage space was behind closed curtains rather than in a room which means you can hear everything and everyone around you so it wasn't very serene. Then upon leaving they stop you before you even get to the lobby for their tip and show you the pamphlet of the suggested tip. The massage itself was not to my liking. They drape you with a towel that barely covers your body and massage with the towel, which isn't soft or smooth before they massage with the oil. The massage was more pressure pushing rather than massaging. We would not return.

Was not what was expected. Beds are very low. They do alot of massaging with a dry towel. No ambiance. Very dark, no music. Could hear music coming from the therapist ear buds. Didn't ask what was needed. Just did their thing

I can’t take away from this amazing massage however upon entry I expected to be greeted with happiness instead I was told I needed to pay more. I had to purchase the spa package and when I said no they got upset demanding I buy something so my guy agreed to the CBD oil at $12 each. I could’ve been a whole you know what and not tipped because of that. If I pay a special price online here I should not have to pay more or purchase anything else unless the description states I do in my purchase

The upsell! We went in for one thing and ended up, with a full spa experience we was not prepared. It’s not an upscale spa but it’s decent. The service was decent. I would recommend for people that want the spa experience but don’t have the upscale money! I thought this was a location on the stripe but it was not. Due to this place being off the stripe it allowed us to see some of the city of Los Vegas and its citizens.

Not a typical massage. Some very lite rubbing. Didn't inquire about any areas that we were concerned about that needed focused attention. They tried to make us give them a $20 tip afterwards cause $10 was not enough. Massage Envy and others spas would be a better choice. They also try and upsale you on about 4 to 5 other services.

We went in for a much needed couples massage and it was terrible. They barely rubbed on you. The guy was listening to something in his earbud that you could sorta hear. My boyfriend said the lady was just as bad. She left the room without communicating anything to him and was gone for some time. At the end they followed us out demanding a tip. Demanding. Never again. Save your money it’s not worth it.

It was ok. Just offer to buy something extra one too many times. It was very unsettling to push additional products repeatedly. Then I was told that my tip wasn’t enough. I actually got followed to the door while the tech begged for an additional tip. Very uncomfortable for a minute there.

The Spa appeared clean. However, the spa room was very dark. We could not see where to put our clothes. There was a lot of conversation going on between the room with the therapist which made it difficult to relax. The massage itself was not very therapeutic. At the end, the therapist told us, demanded a specific amount for tip. We will not return there.

Omg if I could leave no stars I would. First I scheduled an appointment for my husband an I and they had us wait in this massage chair area and the chairs did not work and the leather was coming off. We told the lady at the front desk and her rude response was "keep trying,it might start working" we asked for a refund for waiting an hour with no service! No one spoke English. And all they did was rub oil on us! And to put the icing on the cake they chased us outside to try to force us to give them a bigger tip! I hope they go completely out of business

Overall, it was a good experience. After spending 20 minutes getting upsold at the registration desk, we were sent to a quiet waiting area with massage chairs. The massage chairs in the waiting area didn't work. Once in the jacuzzi/sauna room, we were asked about a tip. Finally, we were able to relax with unlimited time in the jacuzzi/sauna room. The massage was great! Then my husband was badgered to leave a bigger tip. FYI they expect you to tip of $50+.

From the moment we arrived to going into the private room for the massage, it was very quick. The ladies at the reception were very nice and accommodating, asked us if we wanted add-ons to which I politely declined and proceeded to be asked if we preferred male or female masseuses. We were seated and waited no longer than 3 minutes before they came over and got us directed to the room.
Language barrier is a little difficult since you have trouble understanding the directions of “you can get changed here” or “there’s a table over there for your stuff” kinda comments but we got it. The language and heavy accent is probably the most difficult thing about the experience, because you want to understand what they’re saying but you can’t help but to have trouble getting it.
Anywho, we get ready and the massage starts. They ask you if the intensity level
Is fine, the room is dark and there’s very soft music in the background. One thing I didn’t love is that the rooms are just separated by curtains, not actual walls in between so you can hear other people getting massages, talking and their phones ringing (my bf’s masseuse had her phone buzzing and we could hear the text message notification sound as we were getting a massage which was annoying)
The whole experience when it comes to the massage was great, she worked my entire body since that was the package we selected, I felt like new at the end of it.
We get dressed and go back out to the reception to pay for tip and extras. The masseuses received us outside the room and handed us bottled waters, as we approach the front desk, my bf’s masseuse keeps pointing at the panflet with the list of prices and it’s like she’s asking for him to tip her generously, to which he insisted on giving her whatever he wants to give her, which was a 15 dollar tip. (it’s the recommended amount when you book the massage online)
Apparently my bf got a cbd oil add-on during the massage which I didn’t even hear when he was getting offered that since I was in relaxation mode. She is right next to him, very pushy as I try to tell her and the front desk lady that it’s 12 for the cbd oil and 15 for the tip. She gets it finally and charged him that exactly. His masseuse made a weird face of disapproval and just blurted out a forced thank you. I give my masseuse a 20 dollar bill and we walk out.
I get that these ladies work hard and a tip is expected, but there’s no need to be pushy about it, or the rest of the personnel encouraging that behavior. Just because of this I don’t think we would come back here, and that’s bad for any kind of business. Feeling harassed isn’t what you want when purchasing a service or good, so while the massage was great, the customer service portion was faulty enough to not do any business with this establishment again. Unfortunate but true.

Like the staff went out and was gone for like 10 minutes couple times and they kept burping and spitting and when we were done, they asked for tips, when i gave them like 9$ tip, they blocked my way and was asking for 20$ for each person, thats like 40$ for that horrible massage that i had to pay

The massage chairs to wait in were old, torn and most were not working! I paid for a VIP private room, but was in an open (private) area with other people that were loud when leaving out or coming in, which took away from the experience. After our massage, I left a nice tip for the two women than worked on us, but they told me that it basically wasn’t good enough and pulled out the brochure that said a $15-20 tip per hour was recommended and were basically blocking the exit so we couldn’t leave. I gave more money for the tip on top of the over $200 massage!!! Save ur money and time!! A tip should be what YOU want to give according to your service not want they would like to receive!

I hate that I have to give them a Poor Review. But, if I don't then CORRECTION OR CHANGES WILL NEVER HAPPEN. I purchased a PRIVATE COUPLE Massage PACKAGE. I also ,scheduled My Appointment. Upon arrival, I was asked to purchase some CBD OIL, HOT TUB, SAUNA ECT. Then, I was asked if I could get in the HOT TUB prior beforethemassage. Because it was going to be about a 30-35 MINUTE WAIT TIME. That's why I made the Appointment, At least I THOUGHT. They didn't asked me or my friend Our preference ( Male or Female) like ADVERTISED. Then when they came in to start the MASSAGE. They were SPeaking THEIR LANGUAGE .Then we FELT SOME HANDS touching Our Back. IT WAS SUPPOSED to be a FULL BODY massage, I GUESS MY BACK IS THE FULL BODY. BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT SHE MASSAGE for about 45 minutes. ONLY THING I can say GOOD about this EXPERIENCE. Is some MAN came & ASKED If we WANTED some LIQUOR. HE also APOLOGIZED for the WAIT. I will never come BACK or RECOMMEND this PLACE to ANYONE. SORRY but NOT SORRY, because we were ON VACATION & needed a GREAT MASSAGE.
