Fiance said massage was great, she stepped on his back. Mine massage was ok, nothing special. The ladies kept talking over us and mine stopped about 4 times. The sauna room was not the best. Could have been cleaned better and lockers was broke. To expensive to have to things broken off the hinges in the jacuzzi spa area. Mayb would go back to try another masseuse but I wouldn’t do the spa.

1) no extra shoes or robes in jacuzzi room.
2) harassment over tip
3) lady left out of the room 15 times during a 60mins massage.
4) massage itself was horrible. No option for pressure.
5) my wife and I both felt like they just rub lotion on us

everything was dirty, the massage maker is immature who doesn’t know how to work there and they expected me to give 20 dollars tip. What a joke.

Had to pay 40 dollars to get out to the spa and 40 more to get back! The hot tub was cold and dirty, bathrooms were dirty, hair and pee all over! Very in your face for a tip and made sure to say 20 dollars per attendant! Only got 45 minutes in spa/jacuzzi and messages were very ruff.

We offered them a $10.00 tip. And they said they needed more!!! When my husband said he didn't have any more cash the lady grabbed his bank card and went o the front desk. We were pretty much forced into tiping them $40 a piece

2 couples booked for private jacuzzi and couple massages. Pre-called to make sure we had our own jacuzzi. Nope we were with the other couple but worse that’s that, we waited just over 1 hour even though we had booked appointments. After 1/2 hour in jacuzzi which was 15 minutes too long we asked for our massages. Still had to wait. But! The massages were good, not great but good. At the end they do ask for tips, but people that is all they earn, tips. So if you go, please tip them. Figure $10 per hour. Place was clean. Communication difficult. But not many coed jacuzzi experiences if you have time to kill.

The massage was very good. The sauna experience wasn't the best. We didn't feel they were very professional. We weren't given anything for our feet and had to ask for robes. Towels were super small and didn't cover much. The staff was very friendly but the service as a whole could be better.

The place isn’t clean, my husband and I was walked into a jacuzzi room with sauna, the rug was wet and dirty, there was dirty wet marks in front and around the tub with loose hair accompany the dirt. I complained and wanted to leave, show us the room it looked cleaner, but when the tub was filled there was dirt rings. We were so frustrated the front desk person was more concerned about not having to give us are money back. She said because we pay in advance no refund. I really want my money back. We just left the room and ask to have the massage. Horrible !!!!!!

This was very relaxing massage after our tours and walking along the strip the previous nights. My only concern was the hours wait time before being seen. It seemed busy during time I went before 4pm. If you go try and go during non peak hours.

The best part of this trip was the massage and use of the steam room and whirpool. Ok, when i got there, they didnt have anyone available to do the massage. So a lady asked if i can do the whirlpool and steam room 1st so i said ok. As i got undressed, a lady barged in on me naked and told me, "no no no you need to do the massage now". I tried to explain that I was told to get the whirlpool and steam room out the way. She throw me a robe and insisted i get the massage done 1st. So I reluctantly agreed. Then after my amazing massage, the guy hounded me about a tip and said i needed to pay for it now. I asked, couldnt it wait until my whirlpool and steam room part was over? He just kept insisting so i went ahead and tipped $10. This made me angry because its tacky to be asking for tips. So in all, i wont be back!

My wife and I splurged on the $249 couples massage with sauna. This was a new experience for us both so we had no idea what to expect.
The massage was good but, I can't recommend this place and won't return.
After the massage was over the two who were tending to us walked out momentarily as we dressed. They returned with a 3rd lady who apparently speaks better English. At first neither of us could understand what she was saying to us. When we figured it out I was surprised and turned off.
What she was saying to us is "Are you going to tip?"
For good service I always tip and found it distasteful to ask me before I even had a chance to reach for my wallet.
We were then taken to the sauna area. We were told the time we needed to leave and the exit door. This time the same lady says "Someone has to clean this room after you leave. How much do you want to tip them?"
Sixty dollars in tips later we walked out. Not the Valentine's experience I had hoped for for my wife.
Here is another tip for the owner of the business. If tips are so instrumental in your survival of your business that you have to be so brazen and tacky to ask for them at every turn, you need to charge more .

Made reservations from San Diego for my husband’s and my wedding Anniversary. It was both my husband’s and I first time doing anything like this. Had a great experience. I say don’t believe everything you read in the reviews. The place is beautiful and big. Had the couples jacuzzi and 1 hour Massage and enjoyed every bit of it. The staff was all very polite and professional. Definitely would do it again.

I made this gift to my newly married friends but they did not have very good experience, they did not give them their space to enjoy their massage and they could not use the jacuzzi they felt harassed, when they gave them tip the lady told them they were cheap customers

Sauna there wasn’t much steam coming out.The massages were amazing with the hot stones. That is a must. Overall it was a great experience and I would come back again!!!
