My husband and I recently came in for a massage, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. During the session, the staff made us feel uncomfortable. My husband is a larger man, and the massage therapists repeatedly spoke to each other in Chinese while looking at and pointing toward him. At one point, they asked how much he weighs. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional. After the massage, we used the jacuzzi and sauna. When we requested water, it took about 10 minutes to receive it, and we were given hot water instead of cold water. Additionally, after the massage, the staff repeatedly pressured us about leaving a tip. We had no issue tipping; however, we were not informed in advance that tips could only be given in cash. We told them we would provide a cash tip after finishing our jacuzzi experience, but the way it was handled made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations due to the lack of professionalism and courtesy. We hope management addresses these concerns to ensure future guests feel respected and welcomed.

I just want them to know that no means no! And a tip is optional! Massage was ok. Not what I expected at all. I wanted to nap during and couldn’t . If I tip be grateful of what you got ! Don’t try to show me a paper that say $15-$20 when I just paid $90 for a trash massage and it was my birthday!

This was the worst “spa” I have ever been to. I did not expect much for the price ($88 If booked online and $64 if booked in the store) but it was dingy, dirty and run down. There was standing water in the shower. The cabinets were falling apart, they did not provide slippers for the steam room. The provided towels for the steam room were old, thin and faded. The massage tables were covered in rough towels instead of sheets and folded towels in place of a pillow. The massage was nice but he kept walking out of the room and she kept answering her cell. After, the therapist told us to pay cash for tip. The woman at the register was very rude. Would not recommend. Spend the money and go to a real spa.
