Pickup details
When booking a private transfer from Las Vegas Airport (LAS) to Las Vegas and the surrounding areas, you will have 30 minutes free wait time from the time your plane landed; additional wait time will be charged at 15 minutes increments. Once your transfer reservation is completed, you will be provided with a link (and a phone number should you prefer calling) allowing you to confirm your flight details and your destination address so that we have accurate information to track your flight and meet you at the airport to get you to your destination (please choose carefully from the list of destinations we offer). Price per person depends on number of travelers in your party, based on 3 passengers per sedan, 5 passengers per SUV, or 6 passengers per Stretch Limousine. It's that easy!

Not a good experience. Driver was not there waiting for us at the airport. I called the company and they kept transferring me for about 20 minutes till finally got a person that knew something. Come to find out they had made my reservation for a different day. Had to wait another 30 minutes for the car to come pick us up.

Whilst the driver was very nice and very informative it was a bit disappointing to learn that a taxi to cover the same distance has a set fee of $29.

Driver showed up late. We had to load the car ourselves as the driver wasn’t able to lift our bags in and wanted our party to split up and make two trips. I had to call dispatch twice to try and find our driver.

Our driver, Niko, was great. He was there to meet us as soon as we exited baggage claim and was very friendly and helped us with our luggage. Niko also offered to stop anywhere we needed before taking us to the hotel, which was great as we were dying for some drinks and snacks once we got off the plane.
We would definitely use this service again.

Company is not a provider. It is a middleman that searches providers. Car was not at designated pickup spot on my arrival. Phone number provided was NY number that transferred me. I was placed on a long hold before finally getting through. A car was finally sent after we waited for over an hour. The ultimate driver was given the wrong pickup and destination information. The final driver was actually excellent but use Carmel in Las Vegas at your peril.

Booked this private limo for 50th birthday trip arrival and due to delayed flight, was told no driver was available to pick us up. Ended up catching a luxury Uber for 1/2 the price. Was very disappointed with the way this was handled. Now I have to wait for a refund.
