My experience was extremely happy, satisfying. Alfredo was our driver and he stayed in communication with us the whole time. Our flight was delayed 4 times and Alfredo assured me that he will be there waiting for us upon our arrival and he was.

It was a seamless experience! Booked over a month in advance and received communication before our flight to advise driver will be there at arrival time. I enjoyed not being worried about the transportation and last minute booking.
The driver communicated well with us and we had no issue connecting with our driver. Driver was friendly and enjoyed chatting with him.
International travellers should be aware that the customs and security process takes a significant amount of time in the US, and often only has two or three service desks open for approximately 300 passengers. Our experience took 75 minutes. Although we reserved a one-hour waiting package, our driver left after 70 minutes, not without telling us that wr
E should have booked a two-hour waiting package. Consequently, we took an Uber for the same cost as the private transfer. Had we booked the two-hour package, the cost would have exceeded that of an Uber or a standard flat-rate taxi. We recommend this service only for passengers who do not need to use international customs and security. Was a lousy start to a bucket list trip for my 50th.
They went above and very helpful and informative. Made sure I was secured and they waited for when my flight arrived

Double check the reservation to ensure it is correct ours was not but it was fixed correctly and ended up being great
Comms before pick up were good. Price was reasonable although Lyft was cheaper. Our journey was from Las Vegas airport so I factored in time for clearing immigration and baggage claim but the driver started to message us as soon as our plane had landed and was generally very impatient and rude. Generally felt like we were an inconvenience. I would not recommend.
We were able to book the transportation, but then the provider canceled on us. They claimed to have no record of our booking even though I was charged and we ended up having to take an Uber. The vendor is called Elife
From the airport to the hotel was not good. We had to wait 30 mins as he had others to drop off. We were not told where we were to be collected and it was too far away for my liking after a 10+ hours trip but the collection from our hotel to the airport was great!
They never showed up to pick us up. Told me they were with another client still and asked me to wait. It was 100 degrees so I took a taxi instead. I expect a refund
No show, left us stranded no contact, no driver, lets see if i get refunded. So very disapointed, no responce from the provider.
The car sent was far too small for 4 adults with luggage. Also there was no communication of where to meet the driver even though I tried to communicate through the app.
This company never pick me and guest up then try get a refund they denied me of my money which is crazy no service you should not get my money will not recommend to no one not a dog or a cat very disappointed I been robbed of my money

Communication throughout was excellent. The day of travel the driver contacted me to confirm the process. Knew we landed early and adapted pick up accordingly. Information to pick up was explained step by step.

From the very beginning, he stayed in constant communication with us before our arrival, which made everything stress-free. His pickup instructions were clear and easy to follow, and he was right there when we needed him.
Tiago was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. One of the things we appreciated most was that he gave us some GREAT restaurant recommendations, including places where we could enjoy good food without spending a fortune. I booked this service because it was advertised as a private transportation service, but honestly it felt no different than using Uber or Lyft. The driver was on time, friendly, and informative, which I appreciated. However, I didn't see any added value that justified calling it a private service. Arrived in a Honda Accord

Absolutely a terrible experience using Viator. Booked airport transfer thru Viator--transport company would not allow me to move airport transportation due to airplane issues. Would strongly suggest, that no one use Viator for airport transfers in Las Vegas

Tiago was the best!! He made it to the airport on time, gave us direct directions to meet him and even took is on a store run!! Ill definitely book with him again
Our flight was late (3hrs) and our original driver was not able to take us. A new driver was provided hassle free and met us promptly. Unfortunately that is where the experienced turned. The vehicle looked like it had been in several accidents with a broken tail light and several dents and pieces of the under body hanging off. Inside the vehicle, the bench seat had no seat belt clasps, we had the belt but no where to hook it into. The driver also did not wear his seatbelt and drove in excess speed with unsafe lane changes.
I am not sure what company the 2nd driver came from, if it was the same or out sourced so I am still recommending the company as our return to the airport through our original driver was excellent.
Driver was fantastic! Went out of his way to bring us to some other sites on the way to the airport.
Driver contacted us over 24 hours prior to pick up to confirm pick up time. The next day his arrival was on time and showed a picture of where he was. Easy to find driver.

They don’t tell you the meeting spot ahead of time even after I asked so I can prepare and know which direction to walk. I texted them once I landed and I didn’t receive a reply until 5 minutes later with some print out instructions of where to meet. Which is basically the uber area/ taxi pick up spot. I’ve been to Vegas many times and am familiar with the airport so I would have known to go there had they told me earlier. But no. They sent a screenshot only after they expected you to arrive at baggage claim which I did not have any so I had to walk in a big circle because the overpass was on the other side of baggage claim , the side that I would have been on anyway if I didn’t have to go to baggage claim!! It’s like throwing bits of crumbs at you and giving you step by step while you’re at the airport with all your luggage and kids. Better off taking an uber. At least you can track the driver
