You will receive an sms with the instructions for the transfer. The driver will communicate with you by phone/WhatsApp and arrange a meeting point with the client. The Elife system will also send the meeting point to you. Elife driver will wait at meeting point, driver will track flight to find out the terminal, and will wait at the exit. The client will receive an SMS with the instructions for the transfer . After flight’s arrival, an Elife driver will contact the client through WhatsApp, phone call or text message, to arrange a meeting point with the client . Once the client is ready, the Elife driver will drive the car to the meeting point in less than 5 minutes .

After claiming our luggage we had to walk quite a distance to get to the pick up destination then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for our car to arrive. When it did arrive, it was not big enough for 5 adults with 5 luggage. I tried to explain my frustration to the driver, but she did not speak English, so there was no communication. My family and I had to walk back to the terminal and find other transportation. I have requested a full refund and I’m having quite a runaround on getting this refund.

The Car Never Showed Up!

I want to start by saying I felt confident choosing this car service because I have had wonderful experiences with every other excursion/service, in the US and abroad, that I've booked through Viator. Unfortunately, this was not a great experience. The car never showed up! We had a designated time for pick up (11:45) and I texted the driver as requested, a few minutes early, when we had our luggage. The driver responded that he was on the way and would text as he was coming into the pick up area and gave me the make, model and license plate #. 20 minutes later I texted again to see if the driver was close and received no response. I also called the phone # (the 800#), which rang for 5 minutes with no answer. About 30 minutes after our designated pick-up time I sent an email (through the booking) to say that we hadn't heard from the driver since he had texted the car info. Then 5-10 minutes later I sent another email to the company requesting a refund because we had appointments to get to so we needed to find another ride. I sent a follow-up text to the driver letting him know and he responded 10 minutes later that he had picked up the wrong passengers. He said that he would request a refund for us as well. The driver's text was apologetic and I appreciated that he confirmed he, too, would ask for a refund for us. It's been over a week and nobody has contacted us and and there is no credit being processed to my credit card. I would not recommend this transportation service.

Don't Choose this Option

Please do not sign up with this company. While at the airport, the security guard at the airport came up and talked to the driver. The driver had to leave. The security guard let us know that this driver wasn't licensed to pick up people at the airport. He then told us that they have had too many complaints from drivers like this. We were told drivers like this drive off with the luggage, and they drop people off at the wrong location. So, we took a taxi to our destination. When we asked for a refund, we were declined. Viator please remove this company from your list of options.

My rating is actually ZERO stars but that is not an option. We booked for 12:45am which shows in Viator. The company providing the ride (Elife) booked it for 12:45pm. Waiting to see if I can get any refund. What a joke

No Show transportation

We waited for 1/2 hour for pickup at our hotel to go to the HarryReid airport. Driver never showed up. When we called Elite they said they had a problem with their system, said booking never happened, but yet it showed confirmed on Viator. Ended up taking a taxi. 😣

Fantastic service. Denny our driver was just so so nice. We arrived early and we made contact with him and he made every effort to come as soon as he could. Then … we were telling him that we needed to go to the Venetian to see a show by 8 . He kindly let us drop our bags off and took us there too. We made the show! A really really good experience with this service.

Booked a driver for 12.:30am on 28/02/2026. Waited for almost an hour and no show. Driver messaged me 13 hours later to say he would be there that night but we were there the previous night. Also a taxi was cheaper at $aud34 as opposed to $aud$52. Would not recommend

Don't book this unless you know the exact time you will be through the airport. Through no fault of our own, we were held up but queues at Passport control, approx 1hr. On bag collection I rang our driver who informed us our transport had been cancelled. Obviously we also lost our payment.
