The worst experience in Vegas! Waste of money!!

Very underwhelming and disappointing experience. Don’t go thinking you’ll spend any time on the bus; in reality you walk most places with a 10 minute bus ride after waiting 10-20 minutes outside for a bus The most disheartening part of this whole experience is after not receiving the dress code via email and having to take an Uber back to my hotel which cost us to miss one of the stops the host expected my group to take another Uber back to the hotel to retrieve passports as the valid form of identification was not accepted by the club. Upon approaching the host to ask how would I be compensated for this error on their part I was then informed that the manager said to walk away from my group and not deal with us Not only is it a scam as they are not giving what they advertised they are rude, late and more interested in finding counter parts rather than dealing with the guest. The male guide was focused on the female who was there and the female guide left the group to be with her partner. They also speak bad about other participants and don’t keep track of who actually with them. Our group had 31 one people and they were missing 2 after spending about 5 minutes to figure out who the two missing people were the female guide said “it’s the two old white women they were torn up and wouldn’t have gotten in either way” then proceeded to chuckle with her coworker and walked off without trying to find the ladies

I would not recommend this club crawl. Our group paid expecting to stay together, but when it was time to board the party bus, there wasn’t enough room for everyone. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they left several of us behind. The worst part was how the situation was handled. The woman in charge of our group was yelling at us instead of trying to find a solution or explaining what was happening. We were treated like we were the problem, even though we had paid the same price as everyone else. The entire experience was disorganized, stressful, and disappointing. If you’re booking this with a group, be aware that there is no guarantee you’ll even make it onto the party bus together. We spent money expecting a fun VIP experience and instead were left behind and treated disrespectfully. I would not book with this company again and cannot recommend it based on how they handled their customers.

Bus wouldn’t keep us together

They told us our group would be together which was about 22 of us and when it was time to get on the bus they wouldn’t let us be together and so both buses left us High and dry. I’m requesting our money back as some people did and were denied.

Horrible! Rude guide said she wasn’t associated with you all so she didn’t care we all couldn’t fit on the bus. We tried to agree with her splitting us but the front bus said it was full while she kept saying send 5 to the front bus. It was totally disorganized and the one in charge was completely obnoxious. I was unable to get on the bus and am requesting a partial refund because we did go to the first 2 venues we walked to.

The people who work here are extremely rude, and they did not communicate with us so we can know which bus to be in we were a large group and we had asked for us to be in the same bus but instead of communicating on how it would work from the beginning one of the girls started yelling at us and we decided to leave. I would definitely want a refund.

We did not have a good experience at all!! It was supposed to be a huge group of us on the same bus and we never had a chance to get on the bus because there was not enough room even though we each paid $99!!

Our service was terrible. We had a big group and we were told that we were gonna be as a group in the bus and come to find out they didn’t have room for all of us to get on the bus so we didn’t do the finish the tour, all of us is requesting a refund

Complete trash. Took us to 2 trash bars. Never picked us up on the party bus, we got left on the side of the street. Don’t waste your money.

Be truthful, it would have been better

The promoter doesn't tell you that only one of the places you go to is an actual club. The other ones were out of the way bars. They were fun but would have had a better time if they had been truthful. They made us walk a long distance to the one club because supposedly the second bus "broke down". They had everyone running and pushing to get to the one bus left over, the rest had to walk with no priority to those who got there first or has health issues.

The energy was good. Clubs were unlike anything I am familiar with and that was a blast. The Ghost roof-top bar was awesome. The bartenders were not happy to see the 1/2 off coupons. The drinks on the bus were light pours. But the overall experience was great!!

This was an exciting event! The Hosts were amazing! The only issue, but really not an issue was tgere was no clear guidance on who we were meeting at the meeting point. But once we connected, tge party was on! Thanks for the amazing experience!
