Begin your Tahoe parasailing experience at the tour office in South Lake Tahoe, where you check in and head to the powerboat with your experienced crew. Parasailing rides are usually done in groups, so you may be paired with one or two other people, depending on the weight of all participants on the boat.
After you’re strapped securely into your harness, attached to a rope, your captain starts the boat and increases the speed, sending you high into the air. When you reach your desired height (chosen at checkout), depending on option selected when booking, feel your heart thumping as you look at the water far below and take in the surrounding mountains, forest, and lakeside scenery.
Return to the marina at the end of the experience.

- An individual must weigh at least 40 lbs and no more than 300 lbs to participate
- A minimum of 2 people are needed to book this product
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Parasailing is done in tandem; singles may be paired with another person or two depending on weight
- *Customers must call local supplier to set up parasailing time at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).
- Near public transportation
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level

Experience was excellent. Grateful that we booked later in the season so it was quieter and we had more air time.
Beautiful landscape, great views, helpful crew. Very peaceful when aloft even though the day was windy. Would definitely do it again!
It was really great experience, we had a lot of fun and it was very safe! Just heads up that it said 45mins duration. It was only 30 mins for us, and 10mins actually parasailing (there was another group). Not sure if I booked if I knew it will be that short
This experience is one of the best I’ve ever had. It was a balmy day. We signed waivers, took photos and were on the boat. Once on the drivers explained the process. I’m afraid of heights but felt so comfortable in their presence. We went first. They put us in harnesses and we held onto a bar and then we were up. We had a go pro to record our flight—it’s on even if the screen is dark. It feel so calm and freeing. I enjoyed looking over the lake and felt relaxed and safe. I’d do it again. My 12 yo son came with and asked to be dipped. They did a respectful dip into the lake—just our feet We wore bathing suits and shorts. I had on sunglasses. They have a secure vessel for your belonging. They also photograph your flight The photo and video package was $100 and it’s digitally connected to your phone. Tip them. They deserve it for their kindness and professionalism toward everyone.
This experience was exilarating. Our family had so much fun! Our children are still talking about it and want to do it again when we go back.
Parasailing was super exciting and dinner cruise was excellent!! The crew and dinner was spot on. All drinks were comped. Recommend highly
The parasailng was great. The only annoying thing was being repeatedly told to "check in" 30 min before scheduled time, then having to sit around 30 minutes before they actually check you in. Show up 5 min before your scheduled start time and save yourself 25 min.
It was fun. I’d do it again. Our captain and his one man crew gave great instructions and played awesome music.

Went parasailing on the Shark 2. Reservation was for 2PM. They were punctual. Meet us at the designated point and took us out to the boat. It was me, my grand daughter and her best friend. There were 2 other ladies flying that day. The captain and his assistant were friendly and professional. Had a good time talking while they were gearing us up and heading out to parasail. The 3 of us launched and it was a blast. They asked if we’r we wanted “dipped” into the lake… of course we do. Safety was a priority. They explained all the rules like if we need bright in to have us scissors or legs. Nice knowing there was an escape plan if needed. We were up in the air for probably 10-15 minutes. They dipped us at the end just up to our knees. The lake was pet cool that day. Girls thought it was epic and we would do it again.
They take pictures of the experience. Lots of pictures can be bought and downloaded to a phone for $60. Totally worth it to us.
Highly recommend this experience to everyone.
This was the most exellrating experience. I would choose this company everytime they were super friendly and very informative about what to do. They captured great pictures of us and we got to see wonderful views.

I was scared to do this but so glad I did! Soaring high over the lake. Quiet and beautiful. Will do this again
Best way to see the entire lake! The guys working were very nice and fun. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to see the lake from a birds-eye view.
The check-in was easy, and the parasailing was amazing! The boat crew were energetic and funny! You can tell that they have fun at their jobs! I highly recommend and will be back again!
It was amazing and fun experience.The staff is reliable and of great help.The tour guide captain and his assistant are very polite and wonderful.definately will do this again
The staff on the boat was really friendly. I and my friends had the most amazing time on the parasailing. The staff really made sure we enjoy our time the best while in the air.
The guys that drive the boat are awesome! It was really fun!! I just felt it was a bit expensive.
