Great Service and Amazing Experience!
Had a fantastic time kayaking on Lake Tahoe! The rental process was smooth and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The equipment was in excellent condition, and they made sure we felt safe and comfortable before heading out. The views from the lake were absolutely stunning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing outdoor activity!

After it was cancelled the day before, we asked if it was possible the next day, but they never contacted us again. We felt ignored and indifferent, which was a very bad feeling. It was a very bad company.

The kayak trip was canceled, because of bad weather. I had to change my time on the day to 10. My reservation was at 11. Nobody showed up, so I got a phone from the company around 11:30. She was nice and told me the reservation was canceled, because of bad weather. I rented a bike across the street and ride for two hours instead. Was a lot of work, for nothing. First time using Viator. I will use you in the future. Thanks
