We had a blast, 10/10 recommend booking this tour over the other options! Emily was amazing and very personable. The team at the shop and on the boat were very transparent about the conditions due to it being rough that day and did offer us to rebook. We didn’t and had a blast but we loved that they gave us an option. Will be return customers!

The crew was absolutely amazing. Even when the water got rough & some of us started feeling seasick, they were so patient, caring, & attentive. They checked on everyone constantly & made sure we were comfortable. You can’t control the ocean, but great customer service makes all the difference & this crew truly delivered. We had an amazing experience! We saw so many beautiful fish and sea creatures, and the area was beautiful. Very simple for first time snorkelers. The crew was amazing as well - kind, professional, helpful, and fun! Keep in mind that most trips include divers and snorkelers, so the boat can be a little full. All of the gear was in great shape. The weather for us was great, so we had a very easy boat ride and clear waters. Overall, one of the best excursions I’ve done on vacation. So thankful for this opportunity!

Not for Snorkelers!

This snorkeling tour is definitely for divers only! Waters are too rough, deep and made for divers only. I saw MORE fish and actual coral reefs in Hawaii in a shallow 10' area. They make it sound like you will see beautiful reefs and sea life, but it is out in Atlantic and you need to be diving in order to be able to enjoy the areas. Waters too strong for snorkeling!

It was a good trip

The captain really worked to make sure we had a good experience despite the crazy wind. It did dictate where we could and could not go but we didn't get skunked. We saw nurse sharks, a sea turtle, barracudas, and tons of beautiful coral and reef fish. They did good supplying all the things. I used my own snorkel because theirs doesn't have the splash guard. It was a bit annoying to have to wear the inflatable life vests - despite ability etc so they can see you. I get it but would much rather have not. It drove my husband crazy. Also would have rather gone with only a snorkel crew instead of lots of Scuba divers as well. I think if this was your first time they would be good to do it with because they instruct much more than most. Still good crew, good price and good trip.

We completely understand that the inflatable snorkel vests can feel a bit restrictive at times — they’re a Coast Guard–approved safety requirement for visibility and security, especially on days with wind or current, but we know they’re not everyone’s favorite. We also appreciate your note about mixing snorkelers and divers. Our charters are designed to accommodate both, but we do our best to ensure each group has the space and guidance they need to fully enjoy the experience. We had a wonderful time, enhanced by great service from the friendly check-in agent to the crew of our boat. The Captain took us to two different parts of the reef and gave us plenty of time at each. Unlike some experiences, I didn't feel rushed. We saw tons of fish, 2 rays, and a curious sea turtle! It was so beautiful. Sebastian (Sea Bass) and Merlin were our mate and guide, and they were both so personable and lovely to talk to. It was a wonderful tour and we would highly recommend!

This was not just a snorkeling tour this was mixed with Divers as well. This was not mentioned on the advert. So one had to wait whilst divers kitted up first. Emily on the boat was excellent. It's a pity that those at the centre were so rude and unhelpful. After the experience in the shop where signing the waivers. They made you so uptight that by the time you got on the boat you were ready to right this trip off The two guys in the shop should be sent on a course on how to deal with clients. Their rude attitude chases away clients. Had I not booked and paid on line I would never have taken the trip with these ppl. Never again.

Beautiful scenery. I think this excursion is better for scuba people. The life vests were pretty uncomfortable and made it a little difficult to dive down. The captain wasn’t fun but Chad was a great host. Chad is Batman and Matt is most definitely Robin. Make sure Chad gets a bonus for the recommendations for after the cruise.

Just because you book & get confirmation doesn’t mean anything! They weren’t even going out or they cancelled…not sure. They did send us to another place. Also, I chatted with Dianne from Viator before booking and she said I could wear my full face snorkel, but that was incorrect.

This was a perfect snorkel tour. Captain Russell put us in two great spots out on Molasses Reef with amazing reef formations and tons of fish. Highlights for me were the stingrays, barracudas, and nurse sharks! First mate Tony did a great job giving us clear instructions which made it feel easy and safe to just get in the water and explore. It was also fun to interact with Leslie and Todd, who were in the water with scuba groups. If you keep an eye out and are comfortable diving with your snorkel, they’ll point out whatever neat things they see from down below! (Try to return the favor if you spot something from above! ;) ) All in all, it was a great tour. I got more than my money’s worth. If anything was lacking it might be the snack options, but I could have brought my own!

So much wildlife!

Guides were great! We were directed to the best coral reefs and were allowed to swim freely. There was so much wildlife and guides have ecosystem ID cards. I saw barracuda, parrotfish, dozens of corals, jellyfish, and more! The most amazing part was having dolphins follow the boat for 5 minutes! As for customer service, I had a great experience. We were called and notified of weather conditions; so, we rescheduled free of charge. Gear was great and they really ensure a good fit.
