Private Houston city tour

Guide was friendly and welcoming Was early for pick up too. Knowledgeable about everything re city tour and was happy for us to ask questions. Plenty of stops and opportunities to take photos. Last stop was at platypus brewery. Beers selection was great and tasted yummy. Good experience

Avoid this tour at all costs. Complete disaster awaits those who book

Absolute rip off. The driver refused to introduce himself and refused to stop so we could take photos. The driver took us to 2 local breweries which were closed. Driver hadn’t bothered to check opening times. Driver also did not offer to take us to any of the other 13 breweries in town. Tour started at 12.40 and we were back in our room by 13.45 totally dismayed and disgusted with the tour. The company is run by complete amateurs.Stay away. Absolute rip off.

It is unfortunate that you did not enjoy the tour. We take pride in what we do and to accommodate our guests. I did introduce myself and I asked you several times if you needed me to stop to get pictures. It was not my fault. That you booked a tour on a Monday at the time of day when breweries are closed. Your wife was taking pictures throughout the entire tour. I asked several times if she wanted me to stop and she replied no. Sometimes no matter how hard we try to do our job, we cannot please the guests.

Our tour guide, Sarah, was the best! She was a great wealth of knowledge and had many stories to tell about Houston. She showed us amazing places to go and things to do after the tour. The tour was a good way to explore the city. Definitely recommend doing this tour!

We did the private tour, and our driver, Larry, was very informative. We went through downtown and midtown. Plus we stopped at the local brewery. We were able to stop at a few sites and take pictures. The driver was polite and even provided us with activities and events to check out.

12 passenger, smelly van tour-Don’t waste your money!

I took my office (12 women total) on this private tour. It was in a smelly, rental van that we could hardly see out of. At the end, they allowed most of our group to transfer to the actual, fun “open air” vehicles as advertised. Those of us who stayed in the van didn’t get a guide. It was terrible. Also, the tour guide took over 100 pictures (literally); Two of which were good. We spent most of our time posing in dirty areas of Houston when we weren’t in the stinky van.

We are disappointed that you say you had a bad experience. The person coordinating the tour (Lindsay) was informed it was going to be in a van. You were provided with not 1, but 2 tour guides for your tour. Our city and our murals are beautiful! It’s unfortunate that you did not have a good experience.

Mr. Larry was our guide and he was really knowledgeable and entertaining. We did a wine tasting and we went to a really nice place. I’m happy we were able to do this trip before heading home.

We truly enjoyed this tour around downtown Houston. Our guide was very knowledgeable. We drove in a golf cart - which was super cool. After the tour, the guide dropped us off at Post Houston - where we enjoyed sumptuous food, the rooftop experience and a Mexican art gallery.
