Please meet for check-in outside the Bank of America Tower (Capitol St. side) about 5 minutes before your departure time. Look for NASA shuttle to arrive in front of the giant, colorful Miro sculpture If you arrive early, there are restrooms inside the Bank of America's "Understory" tunnel level.

Tram Tours at the Space Center are subject to availability determined by NASA dependent on seasonal & staffing factors.
To best ensure all Tram Tour availability, we would recommend choosing the earlier (9:30 AM & 10:45 AM) departures.
Failure to arrive on time may result in a postponed tour subject to tour availability or an abandoned tour if we do not hear from you in advance of the scheduled start time.
Children below age of 6 are welcome to join the tour but require their own valid ticket.
In the event of bad weather, travelers may opt to reschedule for another date free of charge at their own discretion.

This is a must when visiting Houston.. NASA Space Center is just incredible.. and having a van take you there and then pick you up is fabulous

Very punctual and reliable, friendly with customers but difficult to accomplish the whole experience if you take both tours (Campus tour and Astronaut training tour) since the timing conflicts, we couldn’t take the movie either Tom Hanks :(

What a great tour. The Johnson Space Centre in Houston is well worth a visit. Astroville tours made the whole journey very painless. The additional short walking tour of the Houston CBD tunnels was a real bonus too. We saw some of the most beautiful art-deco buildings from the 1920’s ‘oil era’ on that walking tour too. I throughly recommend this trip. (Be sure to get Astroville tours to book your additional Misson Control tour tickets also. These are very fiddly to book yourself online, but Vanessa at Astrotours fixed everything up for us beautifully). Enjoy!

For all future guests: This option only includes Round-Trip shuttle transportation in a Mercedes shuttle/Executive Black SUV from downtown Houston to the Space Center. As such, Mr. Haydn paid $30 for an upgrade to the City Tour + NASA Transportation/tickets on the day of his NASA visit.
