Ethan is great! Our flight was delayed for a bit and he was right there when we got off the plane. Car was super clean and Ethan was very attentive. We booked him from our hotel to the airport as well!

This ride service is the best! James was at the airport waiting for us with a bag cart & ID. He efficiently took us to his beautiful suburban & loaded all our heavy luggage. We asked where a close grocery store was for us to pickup groceries. He didn’t have a ride after so he thankfully took us to the store & waited while we shopped for our groceries. Then on the way to our condo I mentioned I had to pickup the keys at a different condo. James quickly said he would take us there also. At last he drove us to our final stop & assisted bringing all our groceries & luggage to the condo. James service went over & above & we are forever grateful!!! Thank you James-you have made us an appreciative repeat customer!

When I made a reservation seeing the photo of a SUV, I had a bit concern about the passenger and cargo spaces, even though the SUV was applicable for up to 6 people. My party is 6 people including kids. But this private shuttle service company provided a mini bus which were available up to 12 and maybe more. We could have a plenty of passenger and cargo spaces and felt so relaxed and happy. Really appreciated.
Also the driver sent my the confirmation text to meet at the airport turn-table a day prior to our trip. So the process to find the driver in the airport was so simple and smooth.
I would recommend this shuttle service to other travelers to Honolulu.

Our driver was great. Our plane was delayed by one and a half hours but he assured us, (there was 6) that he was monitoring our flight. The driver was waiting with name sign, loaded our luggage and promptly left Airport. Gave us some great tips and information about Oahu. Thankyou

Alena, our drive, confirmed pick the day before and when let us know she arrived when she got to the airport. She arrived earlier than our flight which was great because our flight arrived earlier than expected. She was friendly and offered us water as soon as we got into the vehicle. Great experience!
