We had a great time with Papa P. He had lots of great stories and information that go with the tour. We enjoyed the tour very much. They made it easy to pick us up at the airport and booked our flights for us. They were very communicative. Thank you for a fantastic day. We will recommend this tour to other friends and family.

A crowded agenda

Honestly, I’d cut some from this to spend more time at the cultural center. Pearl Harbor is actually very short. The roadside lunch was not good and you only get to see the gift shop at the Dole Plantation If I did it again I’d for from Pearl Harbor to the Cultural Center and skip the rest. I’m sure that the Plantation would be nice to see but again, we only had time for the gift shop.

Sadly, I would not recommend this tour at all - my husband and I were staying on Kauai, and after reading this itinerary thought it would be a great way to spend the day on Oahu for the sights listed. It sounds like the perfect day and well-thought out. It is the complete opposite! From beginning to end, we ran into problems. They claim they take care of everything, have all the tickets pre-purchased, provide a tour guide - none of this is true. There is no tour guide, there is a driver - who although was friendly, was extremely unprofessional and lacked any type of care regarding sticking to the itinerary listed - she kept throwing her hands up and saying "I'm only a driver if you have a problem you have to call the company". They book your inter-island flight for you - well be careful, because they choose terrible flight times that make you spend more time at the airport vs the tour, and then also charge more than what's listed, plus they inputted my information wrong, resulting in a disaster at TSA at 5am. The driver "forgot" a family on pick-up, which meant we had to drive all the way back to get them. The driver then told us during this drive that we would now only have 2 hours vs 3 hours at Pearl Harbor & USS Arizona because of this issue - this was unacceptable and she said "if you cared so much about Pearl Harbor you should have booked a different tour". Upon arriving to Pearl Harbor, you find out that they don't actually have tickets ready, they simply tell you to get on the standby line. The standby line for USS Arizona was 2 hours. We were in line to get on the USS Arizona at our assigned time, and the driver informed us she had to leave to stay on time for the rest of the day - she left my group and another family from our tour because we refused to leave without experiencing the USS Arizona. The company then proceeded to text & call us the entire time we were at this somber site, before agreeing to send an Uber for us to meet up with the rest of the group. This then caused us to be late for the Plantation, and we had a 1/2 hour there instead of an hour. The Polynesian Cultural Center is gorgeous, but also not as advertised on the itinerary - we never had a Pageant, we never had a BBQ lunch there - instead the driver stopped for 25 minutes at a hole-in-the-wall place on the side of the road, and then dropped us off front of the cultural center and told us she'd be back in 3 hours. It was the most bizarre and poorly executed tour I have ever experienced. Upon coming home, I wrote an email to the company bullet-pointing all that went wrong and asking to chat about options for a refund - I received a generic "we're taking this seriously and will get back to you" response, only to never hear from them again. They will not answer my emails, voicemails, or provide a refund. Please do these sights on your own with a rental car - it will be way more fun and less stress - I only wish I had known this for ourselves, and for a company whose slogan is "we'll be the best part of your trip", they truly ruined what might be our only chance to visit Oahu - super disappointing!

Tried to Jam in to much . Pearl Harbor was great then when we got to the pineapple thing, we could not do anything only had an hour could not ride the train or go into the flower field because all that would've took more than an hour headed over to Polynesian and only had 2 1/2 hours and you could only see maybe one show very disappointed in that part
