Tour guide arrived late for pick up

Our tour guide arrived late to pick us up, which meant we didn't have enough time to see all of Pearl Harbor and had limited time at the Dole Plantation. We did not receive any notification that the guide would be late. When I called to find out where they were, I was told that another guest had been late for their pickup. That guest was taken directly to Pearl Harbor before we were picked up, meaning they got to see the full site while our experience was limited. I have reached out to Aloha Sunshine tours to discuss our disappointment, lack of notification, and lack of apology or compensation. They have not responded. I will not book another tour with Aloha Sunshine Tours.

Late tour guide.

Viator did a nice job setting things up. The Southwest flight was enjoyable, however our gate changed on our return and we were not notified. The tour was very nice. The places we went were great. Our tour guide was late in picking us up at the airport, so our time felt rushed at all our stops. All in all, it was a good day!
