Please arrive 30 minutes before departure time for check in. Check in at our floating office at the end of the long wooden pier. When you turn onto Simmons Rd. you will make your first right into our parking lot. Then you will walk down the wooden pier, turn left, walk to the Island Head office.

Very disappointed. Was looking forward to this tour, received a text at 5 pm confirming where to check in. Paid for an uber to get there and no one was there . I texted and called and received a reply “ sorry it’s cancelled someone should have contacted you”. The only contact I received was confirming to come meet them 2 hours prior . This was a waste of our time and money on a ride to the port. Very disappointing in lack of communication . Waiting on a refund and compensation for our time and money on Ubers.

Took the sunset fireworks...

Took the sunset fireworks cruise. Boat was brand new and Captain/crew very friendly. Wish there was a little more narration when we were riding in the creek. Would have been nice to learn some things about Hilton head. Also wish there was the ability to purchase water, soft drinks on board. Captain said we could’ve brought our own, but that wasn’t clearly stated when I booked the trip.

It was really bad boat and crowded. not everyone has great view of fireworks and sunset. Our boat was last in the view and other boats are blocking the view.

Would choose a different excursion next time. Captain and his mate had zero interest in being there. They had no interaction with group. Boat we took had obstructing views, was older and not the cleanest. Was rather boring and we spent a lot of the time on our phones. We did get to see some dolphins and the fireworks were pretty.

Huge disappointment. This is basically just a boat ride and you turn around and come back to where you started to watch fireworks. The fireworks are too far away to even enjoy them. There were many alcoholic options available to purchase onboard, but bottled water was the only sugar free drink option. Save your money and watch from land.

Good morning Vicki, I am confused with your two star review and your description of it is just a boat ride that ends with watching the fireworks? May I ask what you where expecting? I am not sure if you have been to the locations to watch the fireworks from land, but the logistics can be quit difficult and most people that get the prime locations are there multiple hours prior to set up. The boat option is great way to eliminate these logistic nightmares as you find easy parking at our location, jump on the boat, and enjoy! Our tour is set up for a nice boat ride through Broad Creek and watch the Fireworks right outside Broad Creek Marina just under a quarter mile from the barge where the fireworks are shot off. This is the first we have had a complaint of that being too far away. As this is the most popular night on the water, and the boat traffic is heavy, we are blessed to have a location close where we can get back into our slip safe and do not have to manurer throughout all the boat traffic in the pitch dark after the show. As a tour company safety always remains at the top of our list. We pride ourselves on having a nice bar offering on board our boat as it has added logistics and space restrictions compared to a normal bar. We offer an assortment of local and traditional beers, three wines, a seltzier, gatorade, soda, and water. We would love your feedback on what else you are looking to be offered? Once again, your description of our cruise is accurate. A beautiful boat ride through Broad Creek, topped off with fireworks, with a bar on board, a restroom on board, music, in the summer on Hilton Head on our brand new catamaran. If that is not a lovely evening maybe you aren't the guest for Island Head and better off left on land. Any true feedback of improvements we would love to hear, as we are always looking to improve our business and move our business forward. I hope you find enjoyment in the rest of your holiday on Hilton Head.
