I rated my experience poorly because my main problem was that we could not start it even though I registered through the app to begin the hunt. When I found the hunt that I paid for, there was a button that said, "Play Now," and when I clicked it, I was sent to a payment page. I would recommend this hunt because it sounds really fun. The other reason was that the Dickens on the Strand was the day we went, and we could not do the hunt due to the closed-off streets. It was a very frustrating day. However, we were offered a free hunt and were able to cancel. I do look forward to doing this hunt very soon.

When you purchase on Viator, you should receive a code that allows you to enter on the payment page of our website. We did speak with you and we would love to have you back and do all of our scavenger hunts and games really soon.. we are working to get the situation resolved through Viator.

This scavenger hunt was very cool to do as a self guided tour of some interesting places in Galveston. We learned a lot and had a lot of fun!
