Really enjoyed parasailing for the first time! Daniella at checkin was super sweet, Trevor was informative and very much appreciated, and the captain and crew on board added so tons of fun and humor! The actual parasailing was an awesome way to see the sights! Great experience and I would definitely recommend it!

Great experience, the staff was also great I gave it 3stars because of the picture quality. Was expecting clear pics. Most of my pictures you can’t even see our faces clearly . Other than that everything was great.

Espectacular and relaxing. I really enjoyed.
It was my first experience and I enjoyed being in the air many meters above the sea. You have to live this experience.

100$ a person for less than 15 minute ride, no safety de-briefing, not offered a photo package or anything. dudes on the boat were not personable and only spoke to us at the end when they wanted a tip lol. Go somewhere else

Summer, we are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your parasailing adventure with us. Looking in our records it shows you booked our 3rd party booking option which is our shortest flight, 400ft flight option. We do not provide a time estimate while in the air due to weight factors and wind & water conditions day of. The amount paid to us equals $85.00 per person, not $100. We apologize that a photo package was not offered, this is not typical of our employees. We hope to see you back and can change your opinion.

Due to heavy wind my trip was canceled (so far annoying but no one is to blame for that).
Now we come to the reason for my negative rating:
The provider did not inform me about the cancellation. It was the guy operating the booth next to this one after my a arrival a few minutes early as requested. When my trip was scheduled a truck was moving away the whole booth of this provider (that’s not a thing you don’t know in advance, at least an hour or so).
I texted them twice via the viator app now and got no response. Didn’t get my money back either so far.

Unfortunately, as you stated there is nobody to blame for the weather outcome. When booking through a 3rd PARTY seller we often do not have access to your contact information. We also do not have access to your credit card to issue the refund. We have to recommend reaching out to the 3rd PARTY you booked through for the refund.

We had to wait an extra hour to actually get out then and hour afterwards to wait for our photos when they were already supposed to give it to us. We had a whole day planned and had to cancel because of this one booking.

It’s was terrible experience form me.
I paid 120 dollars for 10 minutes ride that not fair .
The men at the reception he said we are going at least for 45 minutes . Because the bad weather we did it for 10 minutes . They should cancel it but they prefer to paid for it .

Would definitely do again! Great set up to have another boat, loading and unloading and setting up gear and then jet out to the boat that does the flights. Everyone was friendly and efficient.

We had a bit of a problem finding the place. The workers there were very understanding and helpful. The parasailing was wonderful, The only thing was they didn’t tell us about the pictures so we didn’t get any pictures.

This was my daughter’s first time parasailing. She was psyched and had a blast. The first day we were scheduled to parasail was too windy to go up. They made rescheduling a breeze. Very enjoyable experience overall. Staff were very friendly and personable. We will definitely do this again when we return.

This was our first time Parasailing and it was amazing. I'm scared of heights but when I was up there it wasn't scary!! We saw turtles and a shark! A definite thing to do with the family or partner!

We were looking for a place and then we decide to go with your company,even though we weren't staying in Ft Meyers. We wanted to give to the companies trying to build their business back. Thank you all so.much. we had the best time. Such a wonderful experience. My cousin came from Germany, and myself and our other friend are from Texas. The experience was fun! The boat captain was great! HOWEVER, the communication between viator and the parasailing company is terrible. Way overpriced through viator better off buying it at the beach. BUUUUT beware either Viator(TripAdvisor) or Emily the girl at the booth(who had to hold onto my credit card while on the boat) stole our credit card and made $1500 worth of purchases. Nordstrom rack and carbon4cobalt company. Suspicious! Cc company made it right but I recommend using cash. Again the ride was great.
