Great guided experience, was able to point out things along the way and find cool places to kayak through. Wear swimsuit and sunscreen, a nice break was taken at a beach to cool down at. Lifejackets provided for kids was great.

Very energetic and enthusiastic guide! He knows his information on all the environment, animals and kayaking skills. We had a lovely trip and he was able to help out the youngest (17) up to the oldest (74) in the group to make it a very enjoyable experience for all involved!

It’s was a fun experience. Doug was a great guide. We didn’t see any manatees but the beauty of the mangroves and the water made up for it. The shelling on The beach was an added bonus. Doug was very knowledgeable about the area and the animals in the area. I would definitely recommend this trip!

Kayak trip that was only fair.

Our experience was not as expected. It was represented to us on the site and in an email that the following would be included. What we got is in CAP letters. Inclusions & exclusions Complimentary Ice Cold Waters - NO Complimentary Mesh Shelling Bag - NO Complimentary Pictures - NO Dry bags - YES Free Parking - YES High Quality Back Rest Seats - We got a kayak High Quality Carbon Fiber Paddles - We got a kayak High Quality Life Jackets Made for Kayaking - YES BUT, not even the slightest instruction on how to hold the paddle or which way The blade should face. Our guide never introduced himself to us. He lost one kayak with people from our group and when the caught up, he said "are you in this group, I didn't realize that." He was nice enough but just going through the motions...and then he wants a tip! I will try a different vendor next time.

Hey Lise, so sorry you didn’t have a good experience with us. This is not how we represent ourselves as a company. I’ve worked very hard to build this business from the ground up and this is not the experience I want you guys to have. Your guide didn’t do his job. He was very unlike himself that weekend and unfortunately received bad news about a close family member. Regardless, as guides it’s our job to be engaging with the customers and to provide the experience you’ve paid for. We do offer water and shelling bags with each trip, but he simply didn’t offer him. Each guide is also responsible for taking pictures and sharing them. Him not doing any of that is unacceptable and not to our standards. As for our equipment I will point out we did use carbon fiber paddles for your trip. One benefit of them over standard aluminum paddles is they’re lighter in weight and make the trip easier. It can be hard for a novice kayaker to see that or appreciate the difference if you’re new. You have my deepest apologies you didn’t get the experience you wanted

This was a waste of money!! We spent about an hour kayaking around the mangrove and did not see any aquatic animals (dolphins, manatees, or even fish). The experience was so disappointing. The tour guide did not communicate any information about the area or even direct us on the direction we were traveling in. The beach was nice but not enough to make the experience fun. I selected this adventure based on the recommendations but we experience nothing as described. I would not recommend.

I’m very sorry to hear you did not have the experience you expected. A huge reminder with every tour experience is we are dealing with wild animals. We cannot guarantee that you will see dolphins or manatees with every trip. You guys did book a 1:30 pm tour, which is the hottest time of day, that alone can deter sightings. There are a lot of other conditions that can factor whether the odds are higher or lower such as winds, tides, currents, etc. However, our guide should have been a lot more engaging with you guys and this is very uncharacteristic of him. He is dealing with a lot of personal issues with his mother’s health and had to bear bad news that day. He should have spoken up to me about him not being in the right mindset to run a tour. This is not how we conduct our trips as a company and I’m extremely sorry you had a bad experience. We aim to provide the best possible experience for every customer which is what has driven our 5 star reputation and our ranking as Bonita springs #1 outdoor activity.

Fascinating look through the mangroves

Signed up for the 2hour Eco Tour with my grandson. Our guide Keoni (sp?) was very informative. Native to the area. Paddled through the mangroves and mostly protected waters. It was very windy so he adjusted our route. Went to a beach only accessible by water. Mike, the owner, was also very nice. A nice morning.

First time Kayaking

It was our first time Kayaking so we were the beginners of the group. Our tour guide was very informative and was very patient in our times of struggle. We rolled over in the water 3 times and my husband lost both shoes. We left with great memories and laughed at ourselves all day long. We are glad we were able to enjoy the experience.

Our family of 9 really enjoyed our kayak trip with this Company. Doug, our Guide, was very knowledgeable. The kayaking trip was 2 hrs, which was longer than some other comoanies offer. We did get to see a few dolphins off in the distance too. The communication was good too from this company. I recommend this trip & company.

Amazing dolphin and mangrove experience

The kayaks were super comfortable and the texts after booking made it easy to find. Doug did an awesome job guiding us through some quieter waters. I’ve been coming to Bonita Springs for thirty years and have never gotten to experience these parts of the waters, especially the mangrove tunnels. Doug also knows the dolphins well and helped us get some amazing, close up sightings! Highly recommend this tour.

Good First-Timer Experience

My wife and I are in our early/mid 60s and this is the first time we had tried any kayaking. Mike set us up in a tandem and Buzz guided us through our tour. For first-timers, it was a nice experience...not too short, and not too long. We even got to see a dolphin surfacing around us and took some pictures. We didn't really know what to expect when we got there, which was along the side of the road...albeit with ample room for parking. One of our biggest concerns was for rest rooms. We ended up buying into Lovers Key State Park, and using their facilities. It was just a few minutes down the road from the meet-up location and we used that receipt to reenter the park after our boat tour so we could explore the beach. That worked out very well for us. Our guide, Buzz, brought along his dog J.J., who was a real hit with the crowd. He's enjoying the active outdoor life.

Our meet-up location is roadside, but it gives us direct access to a beautiful, less crowded launch area with plenty of parking. And yes — many guests use Lovers Key State Park facilities just a few minutes away and make a beach day out of it afterward. It’s a great way to turn the tour into a full coastal experience. And JJ definitely thinks he’s part of the guiding team at this point — he loves being out there just as much as we do. Buzz and Mike did a great job of preparing our kayaks and showing, this newbie to kayaking, how to successfully navigate the paddling and keeping my balance. Once out in the water I was able to keep up and enjoy the experience. Looking at the mangroves, going to the beach and overall seeing nature.

My sister and I are not kayaking experts but Ethan did a great job navigating us through low tide waters while pointing out birds and sharing his knowledge but also gave us time to glide along and enjoy the peaceful setting! Loved the chance to be in the mangroves but also get out to see starfish and look for shells on sand bars.

What an incredible kayaking experience! The views were beautiful, the water was calm, and everything was well organized from start to finish. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the trip both relaxing and fun. Perfect for beginners and experienced kayakers alike. I’d absolutely do this again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable time on the water.
