Itinerary

This pub crawl by quadracycle begins at Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale in Himmarshee Village. Gather some friends together and hop onboard this bar on wheels to see historic downtown Fort Lauderdale.

The party bike doesn’t serve drinks, but it will be stopping at several of Fort Lauderdale’s best bars and restaurants, where you get to sip on a drink at all three stops. Pedal your way through Fort Lauderdale, or sit back and let your guide do the work.

Cruise around downtown Fort Lauderdale, with potential stops at the Royal Pig Pub, a must-visit establishment when in this “Venice of America,” with great food and classic cocktails; the American Social Bar, an upscale gastropub with a self-serve beer station; and Tarpon Bend, a lively gathering place famous for seafood dishes, a raw bar, and burgers.

After the tour ends back at the Riverwalk, continue exploring the vibrant bar scene as desired.

Hands down was so fun! He was amazing and clear with the rules and time we had. Loved the whole thing. Went with my wife and was the best experience. We have never done one of these and was so fun!

This cycle bar crawl was hands down worth the money! It was so much fun cruising around the downtown Fort Lauderdale area and jamming to music… all while drinking and bar hopping. Chris was a great driver and the group we went with for the happy hour taco Tuesday was so fun! But what makes a good experience is definitely the group you’re in and the energy you put into having a fun time. You can BYOB and buy drinks at bars (some bar drinks can be brought out back onto the pedi bus) so budget according. Overall it was so much fun and would definitely do it again!!

Fun Time with Friends

We had a terrific time just being together. The music was great. We had fun singing and waving to the people on the street. And the drinking wasn’t bad either. Chris was a great driver, very knowledgeable and encouraged us to peddle harder to get past the rail tracks. All in all I would recommend this to everyone who wants to have fun!

First off, let me say that Michelle is awesome. She's very knowledgeable about the area and has excellent recommendations for things to do while in the Fort Lauderdale and Miami areas. And while she's extremely friendly and a ton of fun to talk with, the Pedlbus Pub Crawl isn't the best idea. I'm giving the Pedlbus Pub Crawl a 3 star rating but to be honest, my experience with it was no better than a 1 star. This was because of the group we were with. There was 8 of us. 2 men and 6 women. One of the women was in town specifically because she was having spinal surgery due to her spine collapsing in on itself. Needless to say she contributed almost nothing to the peddling efforts. Of the 5 women left, my wife was probably the youngest at 53. And my wife is not in the best of shape. Of the other 4 women, 1 lady was probably in her lower 60's and the other 3 were all probably in their mid to upper 50's. The girl in her 60"s didn't peddle but maybe 10% of the time and her friends took turns taking brakes and not putting in much effort to make the "bus" move. So, a good majority of the work was put on me and the other guy. By the time we got to the second stop, I was so exhausted and nautious that I couldn't eat or drink anything for the remainder of the event. It was a truly awful experience. However, this has nothing to do with Michelle or the trip itself. If you have the right group, the Pedlbus Pub Crawl would be amazing. If you have a group of motivated, healthy and party oriented people it would be a fantastic trip. But my group sucked and it literally ruined the whole experience for us.

A little fun, but a LOT of work, and no drinks included

The description is not clear enough on what will happen. It mentions not having to peddle much but it's not true. You have to peddle the entire time!! There is no electric or battery system to help it be easy and the seats were very uncomfortable. Your driver just rides up front and dances while you do all of the work. I also thought you would get at least some drinks included, but you don't. You get a little plastic cup to hold the drinks you are buying. I would have preferred to just go directly to one of the bars, buy drinks and food, and relax.

If you want to spend time with your friends and don't mind a little physical activity, I highly recommend this pub crawl when in Fort Lauderdale. Jamie, our guide, made sure my 50th birthday celebration started off right! A great afternoon with friends enjoying cocktails while we visited three great restaurants in the area. Plenty of music, laughter, and good times. Will definitely do this again next time we are in Fort Lauderdale.
